Freshly renovated motel

Recently painted motel, although you still could it has a story behind.

There was no hot water in the shower and they didnt take care of it. Some dirty stuff around too. Too expensive foe what it is.

We couldn’t wait to leave. Thank goodness it was only one night.

The bed was comfortable.

The room smelled and was damp in spite of the air conditioning. There was hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. There was supposed to be breakfast included in the price but it was mainly sugary cold cereal and frozen bagels not edible really. The price was outrageous for the accommodations.

Dirty & Not as Pictured

This place was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and had flies everywhere. Not as pictured, we ended up buying another hotel just to not stay here.

We found that the Q was lacking at this Quality Inn and will never stay at another.

The bed was very comfortable

The facility was beaten up and run down. Some bizarre remodeling had been done which resulted in a small room with an air conditioner. TV had to be powered manually. Only one bedside table. Single vanity. One side of the bed was less than a foot from a wall. Cramp toilet with a very dangerous step-up tub/shower. Tiny closet and only 2 dresser drawers. The view out the window was horrific with old rusty boxes, a trash area and an old tar roof.

Nice hotel at a fair price.

The beds were comfortable. The room is furnished as indicated on the listing. A coffee machine is at disposition in the room. The room and bathroom were clean.

Breakfast didn't meet our expectations (but we were a group of French and Italians, so we can be picky on food).

rodents scratching in walls kept us awake, smelly musty room (mold)

You could hear rodents in the walls scratching. Room had a strong musty smell (mold) Sign out front says free breakfast, there is no breakfast. Staff claimed Covid (local health regulations) was the reason for no breakfast but other local hotels were serving free breakfast for their guests

Customer service, phone wiring hanging out of the wall and not functional, false advertising on website and on giant sign by the street says free breakfast and there was none. Myself and several other guest complained and the excuse they had was that breakfast is seasonal there, (yet they advertised it) customer service line said breakfast should be available with multiple options no less, i.e. bagels, cereal, and "meals" according to them. Whatever that means. two employees at front desk were rude and not helpful and also said the manager would call all of us when he/she came in and they NEVER did. First and last time i will ever stay here. Would strongly recommend you stay ANYWHERE else.

False advertising

Selected this hotel because we wanted to have breakfast before we moved on and there was none. Upon arrival when asked about the breakfast, I was told it was only seasonal and they do not offer it in the fall. I contacted booking.com who called the hotel. They spoke with Jesse who said there will be the full breakfast (a lie). Went down for "breakfast" and saw another couple doing the same. Upon our arrival - just coffee, juice dispenser and cereal dispenser (shown)/oatmeal- that's it! Notice the waffle photo above the cups. I included photos of what the breakfast supposed to look like from the website. All of us confronted the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. Jesse said there was no one on duty to speak with us and a manager would be calling us. He did say they are now updating the website and would take up to 7 days to reflect that they will not be serving breakfast. So ridiculous! It has been more than 24 hours and have not received a call from the "manager." In addition, I went to plug something in behind the side table and this is how dirty it was. Needless to say, I didn't plug anything in there. The photo doesn't do it justice.
