Very disappointed

The breakfast was good and the location was good.

(1) The receptionist has no smile at all. (2) one pillow is normal size, others are half size. The. Normal size pillow is too thin, adding the half size pillow becomes too thick. (3) the toilet is too low. (4) there is no facial tissue paper next to the bed or at the desk. (5) we asked for slipper and shower cap, but they don’t have neither. For $211.11 per night, I’m very disappointed.

When I go back to Pittsburgh, I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel was very polite and friendly. We were very well taken care of. The location was great and easy to walk to downtown and the attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool :)

There is nothing that I didn't like at this property. Everything worked out really well.

Nice stop between Michigan and Washington DC

The location was great with self parking on-site. The pool and breakfast on site were a major draw for us. It was a great road trip pit stop between Michigan and Washington DC.

We were in a room with a door to another room. The crack under the door was large so the noise from the room next door kept us up at night.

The pool area was dirty. I looked specifically for a hotel with a hot tub well when you walked on the floor it was dirty so the bubbles turned brown. bottom of pool was dirty. toilet in our bathroom had dried pee all around the bottom I’m a house keeper I look for certain things.

Exceptional

We had a suite and our room was huge. Three windows. Very nice. TV was in a good spot. We liked every thing. Breakfast was the best. Of course, free parking is a plus. Ronnell at the desk was very nice.

We can't think of anything. The coffee pot labeled "bold" wasn't really bold. I like strong coffee. That's about it.

I wouldn't ever stay again

I liked how quiet it was. That is pretty much all I liked. Breakfast was decent.

Our 1st room, the ceiling in bathroom was cracked open which I have pics of. We let them know so they "upgraded" us to a bigger room. Problem is the room's kitchenette light DOES NOT WORK and the desk chair had a slice in it like someone used a knife to slice it open. Plus there were white stains all over the chair which was disgusting. The phone room didn't work either. And we wasn't about to have to move to a third room with our autistic child. She didn't like having to switch to the 2nd room.

Very nice room in a great location with a free breakfast and parking.

Breakfast was good as always. The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable king bed and good size shower. The location is great and the free parking is appreciated.

Only one elevator worked during my stay and the sink drained quite slowly. My room rate was a good deal higher than on my previous visit 2 months ago.
