Location was great! Bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff was very friendly and extremely welcoming!
The water only got slightly above room temp, no iron or screws to a closet to hang clothes.

It was in a great location within walking distance to what we wanted to do and it was a good value
There was some noise. Could hear other rooms nearby through the walls as well as alley noise.
We also booked a king room and got bumped to a 2 bed room because we booked through booking.com, a third party

I liked the close proximity to the places I wanted to go.
I was not a fan of the shower. The fixture was difficult to turn on/off, the water was lukewarm at best. The shower was also kinda dirty. For one night it was good for what it was. But do consider updating the showers. I also didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t accept cash and is card only. If I had known they didn’t take cash I would’ve just paid the for the reservation when I booked it months prior. I also wish it were easier to get my vehicle, like maybe a parking lot where I could park myself. Not a big deal though.

Location of Hotel was very convenient to city attractions.
Our room # 6226 was adjacent to an exterior wall,
that was next to the top of stair case. So loud foot traffic.

Really appreciated there being security at the downstairs door at night. Also everything was extremely clean.
Our sink drained slow and honestly the price per night was insanely pricy. Also there is no affordable parking near by.

everything was great except the ping pong balls were bad.

The room was great! Very nicely laid out with awesome lighting although I do with that all the switches had a dimmer, nicely appointed and good bathroom although the towels could really benefit from some fabric softener! The coffee in the room as always is putrid, really wish someone at any of the hotel chains would figure that out and fix it, it's really so simple... The location is pretty central with parking available right nearby although not at all free and the homeless are occasionally a problem although that's true of anywhere in the city. That however is made worse if you're trapped in the entry vestibule waiting for someone to open the door so you can check in seeing as the "front desk" is on the 5th floor which is bitter sweet. I do wish that breakfast had been included and the whole "courtyard" area really seems like completely dead space as soon as the season changes! The staff was wonderful and very helpful though! Oh and I should mention that the rooms here really ARE soundproofed! Very nice!
Stiff scratchy towels. Lousy coffee and condiments in the rooms. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Somewhat concerning entrance setup late at night. Oh and it's hard to find! Put a better brighter more easy to notice or identify sign out there!!! I had passed it a million times and never knew and my uber driver nearly cancelled cause he could not find me!

It’s location is very convenient
Way overpriced. Photos online are not accurate. Pictures make hotel look much more luxurious than it actually is.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Loved the open space of the lobby! Loved the workout gear in the room.
I can’t think of anything!

The rooms were very clean, the room was spacious, very bright and had a lovely view.
The facilities were good, breakfast healthy, friendly staff. Nothing was old, dark, broken or dirty. New, bright, new and clean. The vallet parking was very friendly. Thanks guys! Oh and not to forget the location! Right in the middle of everything, above Target and Burlington.
Nothing at all. Really! We were surprised by how everything was and how great it was.

The staff was kind and accommodating but I had problems because I suffer from a disability. I had trouble getting the cart with my bags through the heavy glass doors. I did ask for help when I was leaving and one of the staff members helped me bring my bags downstairs to the lobby.
The bed was comfortable and the window curtains blocked out light from outside. The room was tastefully furnished. And for people who do yoga, a mat was provided.
The internet was fast.
I noticed the smell of mold in the bathroom when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. I realize that I the staff would have moved me to another room, but I didn't want to disrupt my sleep by having to pack my belongings and physically move to another room. I needed my rest and since checkout is at 11 a.m. I needed to just go back to sleep instead of to deal with the mold issue (which I believe was either coming from the shower drain or the vent above it). The mold smell was only in the bathroom. I couldn't smell it anywhere else in the room.
I phoned the front desk in the morning and they sent a maintenance guy to check on the mold. He said he couldn't smell any. (black mold seems to be an issue in hotels in Pittsburgh).
The floor in the bathroom was dirty. There were dead bugs in the top desk drawer.
The restaurant menu needs more vegan options.

comfortable rooms, clean rooms, soap and shampoo in large bottles attached inside the shower, big light changed colors which was nice. Free breakfast was sit down style and ordered off the menu. However, just like everywhere else they were short staffed and our server was swamped!!! We weren't in too much of a rush, but switch over to buffet.
confusing check in, who kept insisting breakfast wasn't included, was short with me and I did not appreciate that. Everyone else was nice! Guy in the lobby was very nice and felt like he was watching out for us.

Location was good, downtown Pittsburgh. Easy to get in and out. Spacious room and clean.
Breakfast did not start at 7. Limited selections.
Parking was not at the hotel, parking house across the street. Electric charging did not work for me there.

It’s middle of downtown, so if you want to stay there, it’s convenient
Our flight was delayed. It’s not our mistake. We were on the way to this hotel, so we called to front desk. The front receptionist told us if we could not make it by 4:00am, they would cancel entire booking which 3nights stay. Is this hotels way of dealing costumer or booking.com way of dealing customers. We arrived 10 minutes before 4:00am. The female receptionist was not friendly at all. In the room, coffee maker was broken and shower room is broken, (didn’t drain at all). I told this unfriendly receptionist about problems, but not solved even next day. I have never had this bad experience until this EVEN hotel.

Location was great
Entire hotel is on 5th and 6th floor and Elevators are very slow. Our room was nice but the bathroom floor/shower floor was dirty. Not sure it was swept at all from the last people staying there. There were also TONS of scrapes/marks all over all walls from luggage.

I liked the high ceilings and overall size of the rooms! My husband and I were upgraded to a deluxe king and it was very spacious.
I didn’t particularly love the location of the hotel. The lobby was uncomfortably warm.
9.0
There was no milk for cereal and we had to leave around 730 so no one was there cooking.
There should be chairs in the rooms. There was only one desk chair.
9.0
Convenient to nearby locations and restaurants that was within a good walking distance.
The shower was questionable and outdated with new shower head fixtures.
6.0
The location was ideal for visiting the restaurants which were a block away.
There isn’t a main entrance that you can easily unload your luggage. You have to first park in the garage across the street and haul your luggage from there. I traveled light, but if you had several big bags it would be cumbersome.
Also you enter the hotel on the ground level, have to be buzzed in, and then take the elevator to the main lobby. It’s a strange set up.
My room also had a clogged shower drain, which proceeded to flood the bathroom floor.
The coffee sucked too.

Very great location and easy access for the parking!
The exit stairwells led to an abandoned part of the building.

It would have been better if they had parking and free breakfast. Other than that it was perfect.
No Parking or Free Breakfast.
