I felt they should have offered some kind of refund or credit to make up for the inconvenience.

The staff was very nice and reliable.

Too many issues to feel comfortable! Phone did not work. This presented a problem in the first night because the guests in the room next door had a barking dog! I was unable to call front desk. Had to get dressed and go downstairs at 1:30 am! Ice maker didn’t work on 3rd floor, had to go downstairs or another floor for ice. Ver inconvenient.

Glad it was just one night.

the breakfast was good

the plumbing was not good. when the room next to us used the sink/shower/water you could hear our sink gurgling loud! It was late and we ended up switching rooms.

it was a good value and adequate, but we would not stay there again.

The location was very good for Spring training games.

Our key cards kept becoming inactivated during our stay and the battery in our door key reader went dead. We had awful service from housekeeping. We had to take care of our own housekeeping several days and my husband has to make the bed most days.

overall I wouldn’t be returning to this particular Holiday Inn Express

vicinity of our destination was great!!

the carpet was coming undone, cleaning crew were fair, didn’t take out trash. For the price of the room expectations was poor. it felt like we paid for a refurbished motel6 room. we have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express this place was below Holiday Inn standards.

Coffee at breakfast both mornings was TERRIBLE! It was leftover from prior day - staff added hot water when we complained (we weren’t the only guests complaining about how horrible it was)

Disappointing

The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfasts were adequate for the facilities.

1) Booking.com advertised this room as a two-room unit with in-room laundry. It was a standard one room hotel room with no laundry. 2) The week that we stayed here, tree maintenance was ongoing every day. Every day was filled with the sound of dueling chainsaws. 3) The final day that we spent on site, we were attempting to relax on site for the first time all week, and in addition to the chainsaws, they began working on a ceiling or wall below us with the sound of hammers, sawzalls, and what sounded like rotarary hammers. It was awful at best and we were forced to gather all of our belongings and move to another room that was slightly better. 4) Some of the food was not replenished throughout the week, so the selection was very limited by the last day.
