The proximity to things in the area. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service.

Emergency stay, will return for leisure

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Loved the proximity to Westgate and other entertainment. Breakfast was enjoyed by all in our family, especially the waffles. Room was just right and beds were so comfortable.

Over priced for the age of the hotel. Location was excellent. Most of the room features were clean an equitable.

We liked that it was close to State Farm Stadium. We liked that. It was close to a lot of bars and restaurants. We thought there was ample parking. The room was spacious. And for the most part it was pretty clean.

We paid a lot for the room because it was also during baseball training season. So there was a lot of activity in the area so the cost of the rooms were high. It seemed to be an older hotel. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The desk chair squeaks, and made a lot of noise when you sat in it. The linens on the bed were not hotel quality they were paper thin. The showerhead could use to be replaced with some thing that’s a little bit nicer. For the price that we paid per night, I would’ve expected higher end accommodations.

Overall, a great stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Even in passing in the hallways. The location was very clean, I was very happy that the lights in the parking lot were all active. I loved the little store at the front desk, it made getting necessities very simple and easy. The breakfast provided was delicious and fresh! The cost was extremely reasonable for the stay!

Neighbor noise, very active stomping/movement around me, which I suppose the walls were thinner than I imagined. The toilet was not re-filling and I had to readjust it several times, no plumbing issues, the plug just wouldn't reset after flushing. The shower also left puddles on the floor so I had to use a towel to prevent any damage to the floor. I had changed the room to heat on the thermostat and it didn't seem to make a difference until I took a shower then it was very humid in the room. Aside from that, not the a complaint about the hotel but there was very unfriendly visitors, I felt very uncomfortable going into community spaces because of the side eyes and unfriendliness from the other visitors. Also, the bedding is made with a Poly-mix and it was a very sweaty sleep.

Good no-frills hotel for visiting family in Glendale. Spacious enough for large groups.

Some of the guest in the room next to us were loud. No fault of the hotel.

I have stayed here before and will definitely be back!

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was sufficient. Front desk service was friendly and helpful.

Nightly fees were a bit higher than I’d like.

Superb

Good size room and comfort, the couch was very comfortable to sit and nap on.

The TV placement wasn't in the best area, I had to pay for parking due to an event going on , already paid for the room. I'm not sure why I have to pay for parking

Would definitely stay there again

The location was perfect, everything you could want to do really close by. Free shutte provided to take you to the casino or Westgate. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked delicious. The coffee was excellent.

I made the payment by booking, when I arrived to the hotel ask me for my credits card and make a "provisionally charge" because Booking don't make the payment when I made since Jun 10. I don't understand the benefits of pay earlier or when I create a reservation if the hotel charges again, now I need to wait to the hotel don't make the charge to my credit card.

The room was great, clean and the beds were comfortable

Not enough counter space to put stuff on, especially the night stand. Also the water was H O T!!! I burn my feet and hands, there was no cold water!! I called down stairs and they opened up another room for us to finish showering but that to was H O T!!!

The rooms were cleaned fast I think their was pubic hairs in the shower stall and candy stuck to the carpeting when we walked in. Sheets did not smell fresh.

I don't like that they don't let the customer know they charge for parking. I feel like they charge for too many extras.
