It was okay for the price but I will not book into this locaton again

Breakfast was okay - the pool area was small but well maintained

The bed in the room was way too hard and uncomfortable. The pull out couch did not have any bedding and the mattress was very thin and could feel the bars underneath

Stay elsewhere. They treat guests like burdens here. Awful.

Location is only positive, but not even close to making up for rude staff, run-down facilities and overall disdain for their guests. Horrible. Embarrassment to the Wyndham and La Quinta names.

Staff was rude, incompetent and blamed the customers for everything. Place itself was tattered and stained. Wyndham, shed this rat hole. Fast!

It’s always a pleasure

The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, location is great, and price is reasonable.. Lots of food choices, shopping, and things to do near by.. This is my second time staying here and will come back again..

It wasn’t really the properties fault, but it is next to a busy freeway and when people with bikes or nice cars go under the bridge they like to rev their engines, lol..

One night , floor was quiet I slept good , got showered in morning then checked outside

No towels in bathroom, bigger towels after you bath/ smoke detector was loose and had bag covering it up like been that way awhile, I don’t smoke but looked like a smoker did that before I got room , wish maintainer would of known do they could of buttoned it up

Laid back

We were so tired and stressed we never moved for 24 hours. My husband went down at 8vand no breakfast left but some hard boiled eggs, no meat.

Need more luggage carts

The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. Shower was great.

When we arrived, there was no luggage cart. They apparently only had 1 and some Inconsiderate Bxxt kept it in their room. It reappear the next morning.

Poor customer service

location was excellent

I asked every afternoon for the room to be cleaned and serviced the following day, as were the instructions given to me. 4 of the 6 days of my stay, my room wasn’t cleaned. When I informed the manager on duty, Cody 3 days and another manager 1 day whose name I don’t know, I was dismissed and no apology was given. The bad customer service and unprofessionalism was disappointing. I often stay at this hotel for extended stays when I travel to AZ, but this most recent experience has me doubting if I want to return to this hotel.

Good location extremely poor heater in room and noise level from freeway. Do not recommend

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay.

Heater in room did not work. Caused congestion and stuffiness to both quests. Unable to sleep. Had to open window due to congestion extremely noisy freeway behind the hotel. Ask for room on other side of hotel due to freeway noise. Difficult to sleep.

Stay was good, if the lights were moved

the location was good, near a lot of restaurants and stores and the Loop to get on and off the freeway.

had a bright light that would light up the room each night. the stay would have been better if the l exterior lights were moved so guest can get better sleep.

if you need a place to lay your head, this place will work.

good location did not try the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. use the laundry room it was clean. my sister stayed at a place up the street about a mile and they had roaches so I will see. I didn’t see any at this location.

The room was OK the floor had sticky spots so I don’t know that anyone actually cleans the floors that was kind of gross. We had to put towels over it. they put the coffee pot in the bathroom which is disgusting so obviously no one’s going to use it.

overuse of cleaning products with a very heavy smell I pine sim. the jacuzzi did not work.
