I stay here every year for my annual Dr. appointment. It provides all our needs.
The attendant at the desk was rude and uncaring. An elderly couple came in. The man was a veteran and the woman who was on a walker. They had an oxygen machine and she had just had recently a lung transplant. He asked if he could have help getting up to his room and the woman at the desk said no we don’t do that. I found that repulsive. I and my friend ended up helping the man. I know that you don’t have concierge services but in that case, I just thought that somebody could’ve helped that elderly couple since there were two more people back in the office.

Was very impressed with the room!
The only coffee in the room was decaf, better than none though. The only other thing was to enter the hotel, you enter past an area where others are smoking. It would be nice if that wasn’t right at the door, due to allergies and such.,

Elevator could use some renovations, very shaky when in motion and made some noises that made me nervous

Location, and their amenities for the travel or in the suite.
The elevators were dated and it felt very weird the way it stopped and opened the doors. Its last check was expired for the past one year as per the info certificate in both the elevators. So at times did not feel
Safe.

Pictures showed an outside adjacent POOL!
I Was EXTREMELY looking forward to taking a refreshing swim after a long car ride.
I asked the front desk can I access pool from inside the building? No “it’s not our pool”. ?!? So I walked down to the immaculate pool, that had a very thick chain and heavy duty pad lock around its gate. Of course I felt betrayed, duped, mislead, fooled. It Definitely was
on the hotel property there was nothing else in its proximity. Of course it was Immaculate, being used for “display use only”. Makes for a classy look to the property. I got suckered in.
(Good subconscious marketing).

The two bedroom suite was spacious and clean.
Not much character but perfect place to sleep for our quick trip!

the size of the room was huge!
They don’t have cameras that we noticed. On our last night, a car got stolen from the parking lot and some were broken into. It’s in a sketchy area!
2.0
Cleanliness and layout of the room itself
The racist staff.

The unit was spacious and well laid out. Comfortable for a 1 night stay or a 1 month stay.

There was no included breakfast. However we had a kitchen.
There was a huge problem with someone very close to my room smoking Marijuana. We stayed 2 nights and it happened in the late evening of the first night and at 3 A.M. the second night.

There was no breakfast.
The property is very nice, however it really needs to offer breakfast.

I enjoyed an upgrade to. studio rather than a regular room. it was wonderful to have a full fridge for drinks I brought and my own ice maker.
It is in the flight path of the Indianapolis Airport. Thankfully I had noise cancellation headphones, otherwise I would have woken with each flight coming or going.

The Breakfast was kind of airy in that there wasn't any. The location streetwise great, amenities wise awful nowhere nearby to eat a meal.
My last night at the hotel there was a power outage. There were no storms or inclement weather there was an electrical spike somewhere and blew a main fuse on a pole nearby. Anyway in the hotel is what they call an AES which I think means Automatic emergency system or something like that. The hotel was immediately supplied with this system and the lights and TV were still working. When I went to try the elevator it was no go. They have an emergency system for lights and TV but does not supply the elevators with power and I'm on the 11th floor. Not good! I immediately remembered 9-11 and all the fire in hotel stories. I started packing everything into one suitcase. Luckily by the time I got to the 7th floor with all my stuff a Firefighter met me at the emergency exit on that floor and helped me down to the first. There arent even any house phones in the rooms for requests or emergencies. The desk clerk when I called down just told me they went to AES and did not know what that meant. Also there were guests that were stuck on the elevator between floors. I left.

Loved the room. Having separate bedrooms and living area/kitchenette are key to us returning.
Construction going on. Used the gazebo in the back to smoke a cigar and it was a mess.

We were super pleased with Candlewood Suites hotel! Good location, excellent staff, very spacious apartment with everything you needed and more, such as dishwasher, ice cube maker and more. Great to have a small shop in the lobby, very good prices.
Nothing!

No Breakfast didn't serve breakfast at this location
the carpet was very dirty needed shampooing or new carpet. I do not like to be waken by hammering over my head each morning because of the renavation that was taken place on the third floor.
