I will definitely stay there again

I thought everything was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a tough time for all as many guests were evacuating from the west coast of Florida due to hurricane Milton. The staff not only had to handle all the guest and their needs but many animals. Words cannot tell you much I appreciate I could bring my dogs but how well I was treated by all the staff members. Great job!

My stay was generally acceptable

Airport shuttle, Hotel location, cleanliness, room coffee

security box in room for valuables, Accessible Wi-Fi (I was told to use my last name and my room number), Shower tap was very difficult to turn (needs servicing).

Best stay my new favorite

I was very pleased with the room it was much nicer than other hotels. Honestly I asked myself why would I stay at any other hotel. Top notch

Professional, caring and comfortable

Customer service was excellent .. my spouse, six year old son and I needed to check in a little earlier where they legitimately cared and did their best to accommodate us.

Sure wish we had known there was a fee for parking & breakfast. We would have stayed somewhere else

The room was dated, but size was good. Everything was compact in the building. So you didn’t need to go far to find anything. All was good.

The staff at the check-in desk were not friendly and did not give much information on the building or location of pool, fitness, etc. Only location of the bar, which was right next to the desk.

Hilton Garden Inn has maintained the Hilton tradition for good service.

Check in, dinner facilities, room and courtesy pick up and return to airport.

Wi-Fi was not accessible hence I was unable to communicate to home on the status of my travel.

An Oasis of pleasure

the bed and linen are top drawer. I exercised in my room, so I inspected the carpet close up, very nice feel and pattern. The restaurant was very nice, with good service and quality selections. Breakfast was heavenly. Coffee, Feta spinach omelet, home fries, toasty English muffin

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would particularly like to thank Jose and Gaby for their help in retrieving my backpack. I left it in the hotel property when I came to the airport, and they were able to coordinate with each other to find it and bring it to me. I was so grateful to have my backpack back, and I really appreciate their efforts. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport and I would highly recommend it to others.

Food was good, service from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff was pleasant and loved that the property has shuffle service to/from airport and to cruise terminal (for an additional fee)

The hotel looks fairly new. It is within 10 minutes from the airport and the atmosphere is friendly

The location - it was close to the airport in a secure compound with 2 other sister hotels. I liked the shuttle service, the friendly and professional front desk staff and the quick waitresses at the lobby restaurant.
