Amazing stay

I would stay there again

The bed, clean, comfortable, safe, amenities , breakfast

Area no entertainment near or restaurants walkable. I had to slide my several times before I could get in the side door. As often as 14 times

Stay was good 80% was very good, just some of the details were lacking.

Facility was clean and well fitted

Desk Chair was broken, breakfast was weak.

Our stay was very pleasant and welcoming.

The manager on duty that night helped us to get a room on the spot since Priceline never made the reservation!

Definitely would stay here again

Very clean and super friendly front desk person I wish I would’ve gotten his name.

The bathroom really need an updated.

Very good

Very nice room. And plenty space for my Grandkids to come visit.

Really loud guest late at night. Sounded like a party in the lobby couldn't get any sleep.

Great stay and thank you for great service!

Great customer service and very clean! We have stayed here multiple times throughout the years and never disappointed! Breakfast was great and great selection! Beds were comfy, great wi-fi, and close to everything you would need!

just don’t do it

They checked us into a dirty room. The next room they moved us to had no hot water and it took 10 hours to get maintenance there . the next day they moved us to another room with 1 bed for 4 people bc that’s all they had . 3 rooms total and still haven’t got to speak to the manager which is who they keep telling me I need to talk to but he must be invisible idk . If u like ur room to come with dirty panties , lube and wigs and u like cold showers this is the place for you.

would not come back.

they gave us 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 5 people. then proceeded to hassle us when we asked for more and tell us we had to bring the old ones back to get more.

the bathtub filled up because the drain was broken and there were several hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. the pool isn’t heated. It is 61 degrees in the room with the pool.

Stay somewhere else if you like comfort

The front desk staff, the manager in fact, was rude the moment we walked in. The in room fridge was broken, they replaced it, but we had to have it in the middle of the room d/t it not fitting in the provided cabinet. The pool broke the 2nd day and so I asked to be refunded to find another hotel due to having 2 children who were stuck inside since the weather was bad. He told us to basically pack up and get out and that he'd process the refund when he got back. Still not sure what that meant. Overall a horrible experience. Not at all the Comfort Inn and Suites we're used to.

Large room, lots of space for the family, had a mini fridge and microwave, comfortable mattress

Indoor pool was cold, hot tub was filled in, continental breakfast was very lacking (cereal and toast mainly with a very small waffle maker), room was very warm upon arrival

Very nice staff; nice amenities

I arrived very late one night off a flight. I was tired and had to take the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle driver, an older gentleman, was lovely. And then upon arrival the two women were so kind and professional. I don’t know their names; one woman had tattoos and the other had dark hair. They were just lovely. Very good representations of your business.
