Location was okay at first was not sure how safe and secure it would be, my husband and I walked to the French Quarter during the day and night and each time felt fairly safe.
Parking depended on how well the other person could park and how considerate they were. Leaving was difficult as the car in front of us was not parked properly , it was angled so it was harder to pull out to leave the property

Loved the location. Wonderful for walking.
We would expect that the kitchen would have a toaster.

I was misled by what I seen on internet and what we had. Very disappointing that even though the cost was excessive the continental breakfast was a joke. I was so disappointed that I cried because I was so excited for our family to experience a southern mansion. I will not be recommending your facility. Sorry usually I don’t make a bad review but I was so sad. Thank You

The pool was dirty so we didn’t swim

Excellent location to visit on foot the French Quarter and Frenchman street. Nice small pool and hot tub. Although did not take breakfast, coffee and snacks were available
The property is split in 2 houses on opposite side of the road. Not far away but a small inconvenience
4.2
Cute property.
Parking was only on the street. Towels at pool had holes in them. Hot tub was not hot.
4.2
There was no breakfast that we could see
The bathroom was not renovated very well so it was a little rough. Traffic during the night was loud

Literally everything. Absolutely amazing and that still isn’t doing enough justice. Perfect location, walking distance to so many fun things.

Good distance from main attractions, period house gives a nice southern feel to your stay.
The rooms need some work , some paint in places, a change in cupboards and generally a small remodelling.
The area as many areas in New Orleans is not the safest. walking from the quarter at night is not advised and would highly recommend booking parking if you have a car as ours was broken into at the free on street parking.

The room was large for our family of four

Very clean and comfortable!! I arrived late and it was cold and the staff had the lights and heat up in my room-a nice warm welcome!! Quick walk to the French Quarter and breakfast on the go was a bonus. Good coffee! Clear communication and kind helpful staff. would stay again!

Gloria was absolutely amazing! she helped me with early check in, calmed my nerves when I made it to property, came out to help me open parking gate since I was the only driver and was so thorough weigh explaining everything about the grounds and amenities. I will definitely stay at Rathbone again! thank you Gloria for making sure my weekend went smooth!! much love from Natchitoches La!

They had bars of various things to eat. The staff were nice.
It was advertised as all rooms with kitchen and bath, but there was only a fridge and microwave. It was also a long climb up the stairs to get to the room. Also, heard loud traffic all night.

Front desk very nice.
They allow dogs. Had two large dog's barking late at night, woke us up, in room next to us. Seen them in the morning, both big dogs.

I didn’t like that the door lock wasn’t as secured. There was no deadbolt and the door latch wasn’t as secured as we would’ve liked it.

women staff is really accomodating ! They are awesome! I did think that when. I read the rules at the beginning . the room was really quiet and clean!
There was a broken piece of the shower and it was difficult to get hot water ;(. I suppose the previous customer broke it and they did not have time to fix it out..

beautiful property, spacious room, friendly helpful staff
lighting was harsh in the room, a dimmer would have been much better. it’s nitpicking but they asked what we didn’t like and that was it!

We loved our stay. It was a short walk to a great little breakfast cafe! Then a 10 min drive to the French Market. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

The hotel was lovely. It was within walking distance of the French Quarter. The street was clean and offered beautiful scenery. We were in the city for a family wedding. The hotel was able to accommodate multiple rooms for those attending. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We were able to park for free on the street our entire stay. Our room was right off the courtyard. Our large family gathered there several times.
There are multiple houses in this hotel. We ran out of coffee a few times in our house. There were coffee pots in our rooms also.

Such beautiful Homes with great character!
Michelle checked us in and made sure we were all set! She was so Helpful and nice to speak with.
Pool and hot tub are Great for those with children! Also great for those aching feet from walking everywhere!
All around a great place to stay. Grab a Jazzy pass to travel by bus and trolley.
Loved our stay!

The location was close to the French Quarter yet far enough away that you didn't have the noise of the French Quarter.
The room was a little small and didn't have any good place to put your luggage. Other than that it was a very nice, clean room.
