Everything ! It was beautiful , convenient and had all the amenities a person could need . Loved it and will definitely be back !!

Staff was great. Room was cozy and clean. Love the decor.
The room door needed an extra tug to close properly. But it's mainly because it's an older historical building.

The location in the French Quarter is perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast, and the Bourbon-O-Bar. All the staff was hospitable and helpful -- Cierra at the front desk, the Concierge, the Valet staff, and everyone else we interracted with at the hotel. Clean, spacious room, slept very comfortably. We will definitely stay at Bourbon Orleans on future visits to New Orleans, and have already recommended to friends and family!

Too close to the mayhem of Bourbon St

The hotel decor was good.
Not a great gym.
No bath tubs
They placed us opposite a Fritzl’s which was loud and noisy in a bad way.

Location
The bed was uncomfortable

I loved how close the hotel property was to pretty much anywhere you would want to visit. Decent walking distance.
The beds could have been more comfortable.

Loved the room. Breakfast was good. The bar was VERY good, but the live music was rather loud for the small space. The bartender introduced me to a new drink after inquiring what I usually drank/liked. This was very kind of her! The Hurricanes with the "wind blown" umbrellas were great, too. The front desk staff were very engaging.
The room overlooked roof tops - but not really a problem. Disappointed the cafe did not serve lunch. Did not see any paranormal activity.

Location and staff were great! Perfect for getting around French Quarter
Would like more options for food and drinks. Also a bigger mini fridge would be helpful.

The location , bar & pool facility
The housekeeping was poor . No room made up for 2 days & had to request 4 times on 3rd day . Disappointed in this & not advised we were in a handicapped room with poor hanging space & slippery bathroom.

location in the French Quarter is great
our first room facing the inner courtyard was great. our second room at the back was incredibly loud all night.
At checkout the clerk wasn't the least bit interested in why our last night was bad. little customer oriented. we know from good hotels quite differently.

Location and staff were wonderful as always. It’s the only place we stay when we travel to New Orleans.
Everything was wonderful.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. Pool area was beautiful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it is an option. Rooms were spacious and we had a great view. We truly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner as far as the floors and such however it is an older building of course being in the French Quarter and can be harder to clean plus the color scheme is dark so you can see every spec, so overall it didn’t bother me. Just mentioning it for others who may be more particular. The bathrooms were cleaned well and fresh towels each day so that was excellent.

Nice pool, very friendly staff, nice size room. Lovely infused orange water in the lobby was very welcome and appreciated!
No glasses in the room, but staff accommodated us very readily when asked.

Breakfasts were convenient; food was very good. Staff was helpful, cheerful, and personable, always willing to recommend restaurants and things to do.
Not much.

We loved the close location to Jackson Square & Bourbon Street.
The beds were comfortable & the staff friendly & helpful.
That there was no information booklet letting us know the times things were open, bar, coffee, etc.
That our room was so far from the elevators. Older guests should be booked closer to exits.
The food selections at the Jazz bar were not appealing.
The coffee bar needs an espresso machine & some decent flavor accomodations.
Neither of us enjoyed the brunch experience. The eggs, bacon & potatoes were awful. The fresh fruit & waffles were delicious.
Our sink leaked constantly.
The beds scooted every time you sat on them.

the town
The staff was not friendly at all. The room was filthy, especially the shower walls and floor - don't think they clean it in the past year!
