Good location and decent value

Great bar and unique asthetics. The location is very close to the French Quarter.

Uncomfortable beds and very thin walls. We could here everything our noisy neighbors were saying. Also heard a lot of noise from the street overnight.

I had a very valuable hat left behind while checking into my room. The front desk put it behind the

We were under the impression that it was continental.

Valet services didn't have our car when needed. Also we witnessed them pulling out our car for someone else by mistake. There were 2 different instances.

Great staff, location, price, drinks and food!!

I like the staff. Very professional, extremely helpful and friendly. The check in process was quick and easy. The food was excellent!! The drinks were also great!!

I was not aware that I needed to request housecleaning daily by 12. That has no impact on my rating.

I did not stay at this property because they didn’t have the room type I booked. the manager was supposed to cancel my reservation but has not and it’s been 4 days. I left voicemail but no one has called me back in regards to this matter NOR HAVE I BEEN REFUNDED

Very nice and would stay there again

The deluxe double bed room was great. It had a seperate living room area. The location was perfect! Right in the French Quarter and within walking distance to everything.

The lack of lighting in the room. They need to add either more table and floor lamps to the rooms or add overhead lighting in the ceilings. A lot of light switches in the room for lights that no longer exist.

Great location! Literally 1 block from Canal. The hotel was clean and well managed. The room was small but clean and well decorated. Plus you don’t go to NoLa to sit in a room, so it didn’t matter. Lastly, All the ladies at the front desk were helpful and so nice.

Very close to the action but still had privacy and was surprisingly quiet. Room decor is really nice and shower is perfect.

Over all it was a great hotel, and I would definitely book here again if I ever get back to NOLA.

Location was Excellent. Right around the corner from Canal and Bourbon Street. Exactly what I was looking for when I booked a hotel since we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Short walk also to the Superdome!

Room was excellent, except it did not have a microwave, and the refrigerator did not have a freezer section. Also, we had a homeless man camped right out in front of the hotel entrance, which was uncomfortable to keep walking past .

Fabulous Nola weekend getaway

This was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived housekeeping was all over the place cleaning and all were very cheerful and seemed happy on their jobs.

No dislikes. This was in a great central location to access Bourbon St.. Harrah's and the Riverwalk. Been to Nola many times but never this satisfied with my accomodations.

Changing ownership

Room was clean & great location.

No one at reception desk & no toiletries but upon checkout, we learned we were last guests to stay there. They had just been officially closed & changed to new ownership. The hotel will be renovated but they should have stopped taking reservations.
