Die Lage ist Top und die Zimmer ganz okay.
Der gebuchte Balkon, war nur ein Platz neben den Pool. Entsprach nicht der bildlichen Darstellung auf Booking.com

The room was very clean
There was nothing that I didn’t like!

The restaurant was very successful to the hotel. Hotel location was very accommodating to being downtown.
Because the hotel is off Bourbon street, it is very pricey. The elevators are slow and some of the guest are not very polite. Lacking some of the southern hospitality.

The room smelt bad, trash was left in it, the phone to the room didn’t work and we were two hours early and the front desk lady said the room was ready but we would have to pay $75 to go in early in our already room?

Room was on the 2nd floor, was clean, well stocked with the essentials ( water, personal bathroom supplies etc). Staff was pleasant… Especial April.. ( front desk) very helpful and knowledgeable.
Minor … but wish the pool stayed open later than “dusk”. Only other issue was with the booking. Unfortunately I went thru “BOOKING.COM… big mistake.. next time directly to the hotel.

Perfect location right on Bourbon street and within the French Quarter. We had a room overlooking the beautifully kept courtyard. Our room was clean, spacious and it’s quiet at night.
Valet parking seemed expensive compared to other places we had stayed but you are right in the middle of it.

Bell services and valet amazing!
The look in side the hotel is very outdated

This Hotel is in the Perfect Location and not to mention BEAUTIFUL! Right in the middle of the main attractions of Bourbon Street and walkable to the French Market and Art District amongst all the good restaurants. Not to mention or room was much bigger than expected and the bed was so comfortable. Our room overlooked Bourbon Street and wasn't to noisy at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to the French Quarter. If we ever decide to travel to New Orleans again this will definitely be where we stay. Don't hesitate to book this place!
The Lobby bathrooms were a little far from the main lobby and could use an upgrade but that's my only complaint. and we wished the pool stayed open longer, it closes once it starts getting dark.

The location was great for what we were looking for. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice, helpful and courteous. A beautiful lobby!
Nothing we didn’t like.

Location even though in the center of the French Quarter, was a relaxing oasis!
Quiet but central to the action! The pool was great!

No breakfast included but is available and good location for hotel right on Bourbon st
A microwave would help and balconies if your tall make sure they give you the large one also a better tv system it was problematic, rooms are expensive but you pay for location

Room ok bathroom too small. Pool area good but pool needed a clean. Reception staff rude on phone and in person . Had bourbon street room. Loved the atmosphere and normal noise. Not happy with mobile karaoke guy blasting at 3.30am.

Location was awesome. It was exactly what I was hoping for - balcony, overlooking the maylay, 1 street off burbon on our side. Hotel sits on corner of burbon so we could see. Quintessential Nola experience
Price was steep but again, its right in the middle of the action!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best experience I've had with staff was at this hotel. Very good security, too.
Being on Bourbon street, it did get a bit noisy. Room fridge was very small and amenities such as coffee pods and water was not replenished.

The hotel was in the centre of bourbon street and was ideal when visiting other attraction
Prior to our stay the hotel sent an email requesting whether we would like to register for an upgrade to our room . We chose the upgrade to executive room which had robes breakfast and one alcoholic drink included. We understood the condition if available . When we checked in the receptionist knew nothing of the upgrade and it was only when I showed the printed off confirmation of the express upgrade that she then then went to seek advice from the manager. An upgrade was offered but not the one we had requested but the hotel did honour the daily rate shown. I do not see the point of the hotel sending out this express upgrade emails if they don’t follow through with it or even have knowledge of the request .

Amazing location and surprisingly quiet allowing a great sleep despite all the music and noise from the street. Loved the decor in the foyer and the fragrance of the hotel (very pleasant to the senses). The Jazz Playhouse is fantastic!
Did not see any spa/services available which I would have so loved. Only wished the Jazz Playhouse would allow music to play a little longer (perhaps til 11pm) as it was such wonderful entertainment and ended a little too early.

All of the staff was really friendly and genuinely wanted our stay to be perfect. They sincerely seemed to enjoy their jobs, with one employee understandably proud of his 30 years of service. Interior courtyard and pool areas were very relaxing, successfully making you feel miles away from the excitement on Burboun St. The gym has everything needed. Short wait for valet. Food is excellent at Desire Oyster Bar with same friendly service as the hotel. Perfect and safe location within walking distance of most of our activities. We will be back.
There could be a few updates to the room and bathroom, but we still enjoyed our stay.

I loved the amenities. Beautiful lobby and amazing simple fitness center and clean hallways. Also, the desire restaurant was incredible. It was diner style but the food and serving sizes were excellent. the location is directly on bourbon street so I was in a great location to walk anywhere in the french quarter. I found myself walking everywhere simply because I could!
I didn’t have the warmest interaction with the staff. The hotel missed the luxe/relaxing note with the room I had— scuffs on all the furniture and huge hairballs clogging the tub. Also, the room was abnormally dark in some spots because of the window placement but who can help that? The hotel staff did address the hairballs promptly so i’m so thankful for maintenance in that regard.

beds where comfortable
telephone didn't work, my room was not set up so I could rent movies although you had my cc from check in - never had coffee cups, cream/sugar, never cleaned up the balcony from the neighbours that left - for 3 days old towels and ashtrays overflowing. Then I come back one night both keys don't work. TV cable would go out often. the front desk lady comes to help me with food in her mouth???

The location was perfect. Right off Burbon Street.
This was our anniversary vacation. Such a crappy stay at this hotel. Sort of a mini honeymoon. Which the front desk knew that was the reason for our trip. The ceiling in our bathroom had a massive leak overnight. We woke up to a flooded bathroom counter and floor. Which got all over our toothbrushes, ruined a $50 flat iron and $50 curling iron, and some toiletries that we brought. The staff was not sympathetic, showed no concern to move us to another room. The front desk seemed put out by the issue. My main problem is that they did not reimburse us for the damages to our items. (They said they would) I want to know why we were not paid for our items when it is clearly the hotel's fault.
7.0
The convenience of where it’s located.
The water drained slowly out of the tub while showering, the water didn’t get very hot and my cable connection cord was broken.
9.0
The location was just the best. New Orleans is a extremely beautiful place. Hotel is amazingly beautiful and big. Although is located in the center of the noisy Bourbon street, when you enter the rooms you hear no noise at all.
Everything was perfect. It would be nice if breakfast could be included in the booking of the room.
9.0
Central location, mostly quiet rooms. Security at night only lets in guests despite all the craziness going on outside.
There was a street drummer outside the window for a bit, that was annoying
7.0
The location (and balcony room) gave us an up close experience of the culture of Bourbon Street.
We were shocked to find a cockroach in our room! When informing the front desk, they laughed at us and asked why we didn’t just kill it… They did offer us a room change, but with no apologies. This kind of ruined our stay, and memory of the hotel. In my opinion, this is totally unacceptable for what is expected to be a high-end hotel - especially considering the price we spent on a three night stay.
