The hotel is very conveniently located, 5 min walk from Marta station, the room is clean and spacious
I could not find out how to turn off the light at the kitchenette and the sound of the refrigerator was annoying.
4.5
Staff was very accommodating during the stay. The outer appearance gives a vintage vibe. The interior gives dormhall vibes, with ample sitting space. Not fancy, but definitely not run down. The rooms were soundproof, exceptionally clean, & comfortable. Grocery store & restaurants in walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.
If you pay via Klarna, make sure they don't charge your card for the stay, but only for valet.

Great staff, Herbert and the Front Desk staff made us feel very welcomed and helped us a lot every single day with directions.

The staff was really nice and facility was clean.
Room was a little out dated. The bathroom shower felt like it was going to fall through. The room lighting was very dim.

Food in the area was really good, highly recommend the short walk over to E Ramen, we loved this place. Parking is by valet only, which was fine since we used taxi's to get down to the park area.
Finding the entrance to the hotel was tricky because there is only one way in from a one way street with no side exit. The roads around the hotel were a train wreck due to multiple buildings under construction.

Location ok, breakfast little better than average.
The check in was a nightmare!!! Already really late when they say you can check in at 4 pm!!! I arrived before and left my luggage at storage, I wanted to pay right away to make it easier later, so I did, they asked for my Credit Card I signed etc. I changed my reservation from 4 to 3 nights and remind him to change the price……..On my return to get my room at 4 the room was Not ready, they made me wait 1 more hour!!!!! and the clerk at front desk had no idea what he was doing, he repeated me many times that I needed to check in and wanted my credit card again!!!! That means another security deposit as well an so on… I refused but was a very bad experience!!
On top of everything they DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS ON YOUR ENTIRE STAY UNLESS YOU STAY A WEEK!!!! Obviously you do not know that until you pay!!! SO THAT WAS REALLY BAD!!! Finally I got into my room at 5 pm, and the fridge made a super loud noise!! I thought it was just for a moment but kept doing it the entire night!! One light was out as well!!!
To finish this long review, which I never do them long but think is important to aware people. THEY CHARGED ME MY ENTIRE RESERVATION AT THE END!!! Checked my statement and was charged for the 4 nights, I was already in my country, so that was the final bullet!!!!

The stuff trying to do the best for the customer! They are very helpgy
Very poor breakfast comparing with room rate !
They told me they are not going to clean my room only one time during my stay ( 9 nights ) and this is very strange .

the location
my stay at the property was good. my only problem is I booked a studio room with couch bed and a balcony. when I arrived at the property I was told they don’t have these rooms and I was given a room without a balcony. I was told by staff this is a problem with the booking.com. This should really be changed.

4.5
The staff (front desk and valet) and hotel were great. Our room was just perfect. Loved the set-up and design. Very clean. The bed was comfortable, as it is in all Marriott hotels.
The location is beautiful and we really enjoyed taking in the skyline from our balcony, however, the noise from the ppl in the street below was very loud inside the room until the wee hours of the morning. Between that and the very loud central air system cutting on we didn't get much sleep.
5.0
The staff were outstanding! Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was fully equipped, we never had to ask for anything. Despite the central location, the room was never noisy. We all slept soundly.
The breakfast was just average. Parking was expensive when there is decent street parking available. The building itself is a bit older and could use some updates, like the slow-draining tub.

Didn’t like that our room was next to the lounge. It was loud most of the night.
