We came for a Broncos game - this hotel was a great walkable location at a great price.

Breakfast was good - as expected.

Facilities are getting a bit tired.

Dead bugs

I did like the location. It was walking distance to a lot different places. I do like that There was a gas station right next door. And the amenities the room had were great. Stove, fridge, microwave, etc. Loved that.

The fact that we had 7 dead bugs in our room the first night we were there as well a live ones. I can understand bugs being in the mountain area, but not dead bugs. And the mega inconvenience to fix the problem with moving of rooms. I had such a horrible experience the first night there. I was very displeased with the staff upon checkout. I've never had issues with the Marriott before. After staying here, I won't ever want to stay Marriott again.

Very impressed and would stay again!

It was centrally located to an event I was attending and had plenty of food options. Really enjoyed the oatmeal bar and all the toppings for breakfast. Had a great full size kitchen.

You had to position the toilet handle just right or the water just kept running. There was also a hole in the pullout sofa bed mattress. I wish a bedding package was offered at check in as I searched the room for bedding since we had a one bed, one sofa bed room, with 2 adults and a preteen. Seeing the number of people in the party I would offer since extra bedding is not kept in the room.

I was able to get my pillows and medication from the guy at the front desk but someone had eaten the meal I ordered the

Booked a second night before I arrived. The next day I came back to my room and my bed was stripped, blankets on the table. All my things gone. Including the meal I ordered the night before, my drinks and my medication I was storing in the refrigerator. My pillows from home were gone…

My first night the toilet wasn’t working and after being exhausted from the road trip I could see it was the toilet float that needed to be replaced. I had zero energy to change rooms. They said someone would fix it in the morning. Also no water was coming out of the sink and was promised that would get fixed. Once I came back to my room and all my things were missing. The toilet was fixed but the sink still wasn’t fixed. Ugh

Great place but the staff isn't professional

I like the location , amenities, and the size of the unit. It has an apartment feel to it instead of a hotel room which is awesome

The staff. I was kicked out in the middle of the night after the staff did a mistake when extended my stay and I went in the morning and paid then was called later that night saying they don't have payment and I had to leave. Then while I wasn't there the staff went into my room and aquisted me of smoking in the room which isn't true and kept my $150 deposit and making me leave in the middle of the night and was told the pending payment wasn't received and I had to go. I didn't have funds due to the pending payment which did return to my account several days later. Staff is awful 😖

Staff was friendly

Place is looking rundown. Screen doors and sliding doors don't lock properly. Breakfast was not very good, found a used cocaine straw in the kitchen drawer. On my reservation I asked for extra blankets and towels and neither were provided without me having to ask for them again. The sleeper sofa did not have any sheets or blankets on it and we had to make the bed ourselves. The people upstairs were very noisy walking back and forth all day and all night which created a loud stomping noise which is almost unavoidable due to the way the building is constructed. Lastly I'm very disappointed that I do not get Marriot Rewards points for my stay since I booked it through Booking.com instead of directly with Marriott.

Location, on site parking and safe location. Spacious room with a kitchen.

The first desk was unable to find my reservation. Told her we were in a hurry because we were walking to the concert we were attending. She had the nerve to say well check- in time was 4 and if you would have been here on time we wouldn’t be having this problem. Huh? 2 couples were checking in right after me lol. The manager came right over and got me take care of. The other clerk didn’t have a clue apparently. Anyway, when we returned to the room late that night we discovered pee stains on the sheets. I do think they had been washed but were just stained… ok time for some new sheets then! Gross. Also no linen in room for the pullout sofa bed. We had to go to the office and get all that late at night. Not the end of the world but annoying as hell. Woke up to toddler running around like a circus monkey above us. Oh well , not the hotel’s fault. We decided to get coffee after checking out and once we saw the breakfast was still hot and ready around 9:30 or so we decided to eat as it was included. Very good I must say for what it was. Hot food in addition to cereals , bagels, muffins. My waffle was really good and the coffee very good . Overall I would stay again for the location mostly but it’s a good value for the money. They just need to get some new sheets. Bed was comfortable, too but my companion said the pull out bed not so much. I give it a solid 4 stars , although pickier people would probably go off about the sheets . Not many utensils or dishes in the cupboards but we didn’t need that stuff so something to think about if you’re planning on cooking a meal in the room.

Affordable, good neighborhood, friendly staff

Breakfast was so so. My son got a gluten free muffin and after eating some of it he noticed mold on the top. The waffles were tough. I would recommend a self serve waffle maker. On the note of cleanliness, upon arrival I opened a Sprite and some of it spewed onto the floor. I used paper towels and dishwashing soap to clean the floor. When I wiped the floor the paper towel was black. Obviously the kitchen floor had not been cleaned for awhile. Shower upstairs is so small you can’t even turn around in it, of note, I am only 5’2” and 147#.

Breakfast was good.

Check-in was stated as being 4pm. We got there at that time and were told our room was beign checked for cleanliness and wouldn't be ready until at least 4:30. So we left and came back over an hour later - the room was STILL not ready. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience, but really not a good way to start the hotel experience. Considering we had to wait so long because the room was being checked for cleanliness - the shower was dirty - there were three pubic hairs on the shower wall. Gross. We would not stay there again.

Location was nice and convenient for everything in downtown. Easy access to everything

The AC didn't work at all. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad, it was disgusting. We felt very uncomfortable the whole time.

We paid $150.00 deposit for each room and have not received our deposit back which comes to a total of $300.00 which the Manager told me that it would be put back into our bank account in 3 business days and we have not received yet.

Suite was better than I expected. Bed was a bit small but amenities great and cleanliness pretty good. Staff were very attentive at breakfast and decent attempt at variety of starch. Gym space was good and adequate for the small space.

Breakfast was typical fare. Bagels could have been fresher. Coffee could be of better quality. More fruit options needed.

Great option for solo travelers who might do work in the room occasionally

The breakfast has a lot of options although the main meal provided some days is better than others. Rooms are large and clean and the bathroom is nice. The kitchenette is a nice touch although I did not use it much personally. Coffee is actually pretty good in the reception building. Laundry room on-premises was good for my situation and the machines work well. Great desk for doing work,

They stopped doing daily housekeeping and you have to request. That's fine, but most times in the morning I am outta there before I think about doing this. Maybe the times are changing and this is the norm.

The breakfasts have really gone downhill from what they used to be. They used to have fresh eggs, sausages, oatmeal, etc. now the foods are greatly reduced and poor. Instant oatmeal, packaged foods, pre prepared eggs, etc
