I liked the night staff they were very helpful and nice and made me feel welcomed.
In the a.m. there was a female who had told me we were already on a late check out due to over sleeping. And I was trying to rebook while on phone with her she had told me no one gave me permission to rebook and I have till 11:30am at the time it was 11:15am . So once it was not even 5 min past 11:20 she called room and said that she's gna call authorities and we needed to leave before we get trust passing. She was very rude for no reason so when I had went to go get refund for my deposit she said that im not getting my deposit back because I was smoking in a nonsmoking room and I had asked for manager and she stated she was manager. And then rudely gave me deposit back and said I'm no longer welcome to stay over any longer. HER NAME WAS KRISTY CRISTY CRISTIN OR SOMETHING OF THAY SORT when asking for her name she was walking away to then smoke a cigarette towards her car right in front of the office very rude and unprofessional and if that were the case of me smoking why would I still get my deposit back.

The only good thing about this place, is how close it is to Coors Field.
The staff regardless of the shift are really rude.
The rooms are not the safest, I had to put a chair up agent the door.
There are two hotels on this property and not just one.
The city uses this a migrants property ( I'm good with this), I'm not good with the fact that I seen two teenage boy's on a rock wating to get work.

Nothing I liked here. I left after seeing the horrible unsafe conditions of this place
Room was dirty and door had been kicked in. Lock broken off the door. Unsafe area. strong smell of cigarettes. Staff refused to refund me after checking out immediately after seeing the conditions of the room. Drug addicts lurking behind the building. Pool was clearly dirty and out of order.

I’m still waiting to be reimbursed by the Rodeway inn Denver , when we arrived there was no pool facilities as advertised , we agreed that we would cancel as our children wanted a hotel with swimming facilities.
Also this place was dirty with homeless people encroaching on the property walking thru and congregating etc , there were people living there permanently belongings all over the grounds it was clearly a u safe area , we were going to still stay but when we realised no swimming facilities and they said we don’t advertise a pool and I showed them , we were paying on arrival and I already payed for my room first and when my friend was paying we discovered no pool and they
Said my payment wont have gone thru it has and I haven’t been reimbursed . Thanks

Online booking, easy. There were beds. There was a tv.
Hotel is old, it gives “The Shining” vibes, looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Extremely dirty everywhere, in your room, in the lobby, outside every room door. Pool looks disgusting. If you’re unable to use it during the summer, then list that on the description. Refrigerator and microwave in the rooms didn’t work. Parking is scary, I had to park far away from my room where I seen there were cameras. There was a whole other side no one parked and I realized it was because there were no cameras back there. When we were leaving, guys were there to asphalt the parking area, they were painting it black with a handheld paintbrush, not using actual asphalt. Front desk workers are rude, at check in and check out. Breakfast was not breakfast. If there is only cereal available then say that. The tables and chairs to sit in for breakfast are all old and none of that looks like the pictures either. Take UP TO DATE PICTURES, LET TRAVELERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE REALLY IN FOR. It doesn’t look safe, there are sketchy people walking around everywhere, at night and during the day. I wasn’t comfortable what so ever.

I like that location was very close to stadium and downtown area. Great location.
Room was very dirty. Sheets and bed skirts were dusty and had some bugs. The floor was very sticky upon arrival, seemed like staff never cleans floor.

We love the location. And the price is good for what you get. The bunnies outside is a nice plus. Also the view is amazing.
The staff. Multiple times our key cards stopped working, and there was never an employee available to help. I mean they were available but they were talking to each other, talking on their cellphones, cooking food in the microwave, smoking outside. Pretty much they made us wait a good 10 minutes everytime we needed our cards fixed. The hotel door didn't lock for a good period of time. So anyone could just walk in. And in wasn't very clean. Floors were black, mold in the restroom, and the ceilings haven't been cleaned in a good 10 years.. atleast that's how it looks.

Distance to venue.
The room was dirty, floors were in need of being swept and mopped. No carpet so beds rolled everytime you moved. Had it's own entrance but door had a huge gap at the bottom. Walls were dirty. Bathroom was gross, had ants crawling all over. Tub was filthy, no trash cans in either room. Will never stay here again.
2.4
staff was the only thing that was good
dirty no water no phone spider webs all over room was nasty
2.4
about a 2inch gap between floor and bottom of door that let in a breeze and door stuck random nail in ceiling tub was not clean and downspout for tub was broken and curtians dis not reach bottom of window

It was clean, a perfect location. The only problem was getting ready.I took a shower and their was no hot water so basically too a cold shower..than maintenance comes up and tell us the faucets were labeled wrong... that's fine if it was address @ checking in!! I was told I would get a discount on my next stay buy a manager won't be available until 3pm. I call at 330 no manager. I call back @ 6 and the girl that answered the phone had a attitude and kept saying to me "I can hear you"! Than she hangs up on me. My husband calls back and they tell him a manager won't be back until 8am.. I pretty upset I respected the rules as a customer and I feel that as a business they should them same!!
The cold shower

nothing worked in gym, breakfast options were disappointing, it wasn’t room I booked on a website

Perfect location. Nice new bed.
I know they are in the process of re-opening and "repairing" a very old and dilapidated set of hotels but their "patch" work of updating and remodeling was... well... "duct tape and bubble gum". Throwing a (barely) layer of paint and a new mattress into a room is not a remodel and the bathroom was pretty beaten up and dirty, all the doors (including the front door) were in desperate need of repair and mildew around bath tub. Carpets had been cleaned but still had a slight odor of dirty. "New" furniture was odd and mismatched and looked more like a college dorm room of cheap thrift store finds.... Coffee maker broken, no trash can to be found, TV had local and shopping channels. Old, leaky windows didn't lock and in desperate need of replacement. Exterior was work out, beaten up and trash all over. Broncos fans were parking in the lots so parking hard to find. Breakfast was SAD and coffee was gross...
