Breakfast was nice! Room area was quiet which I liked...Staff was polite and on point
I which there was more room to park up front then in the back.
4.3
Perfect for an early morning flight. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport. The property offered shuttle service 24/7 to and from. Super friendly and competent staff.
I don’t understand why hotels don’t use actual duvet covers that completely encase the duvet. Unless they are changing the duvet after every stay, using sheets to “cover” the duvet is unsanitary and it gave me anxiety.

It’s always so clean and comfy. The entire hotel is very clean, and smells nice. There’s free coffee 24/7, and it’s good coffee! There are things you can buy at the front desk if you need them. The rooms are huge! Lots of room for kids to move around and no one gets cramped up. The sink and toilet areas are separate, which is fantastic! There is coffee in the room, and water bottles. The breakfast is filling and delicious! It’s just a really nice stay!
There weren’t any extra blankets available in our room, and there weren’t any dirty laundry bags to put our dirty clothes in, although this hotel does have a place for guests to do their laundry.

The property was clean and quiet.
The strange cracking sounds the bathroom made at night. Almost sounded like a house settling. Very strange.

The lady checking us in was fabulous
Rooms were very comfortable
Breakfast was subpar

Area was very quiet. Close to airport. Room very clean. Linens and towels immaculate. Bed and pillows. Very comfy.
TV difficult to navigate.

Check in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. Our room was quiet and cool. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and had many options. The pool and the hot tub were perfection!
The automatic light in the bathroom was not pleasant at 3 am when you have to get up to go to the bathroom and have to blind yourself and your friend. Wish the pool hours were a little longer.
4.3
Squeaky clean and comfortable too
Nice location near the airport.
Free parking
Can’t believe that in this day and age they were using styrofoam disposable for breakfast. Colossal waste generation.
Shower could be better.
4.3
Pool was ok. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly.
It was noisy at 4 am in the morning. The location was not the best but not the worst.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Shuttles are convenient!
Lobby was very clean, so I was surprised that it smelled a little musty in the hall when I got off of the elevator. I was concerned about what my room would smell like. But my room was fine. Not a lot of food options next to the hotel since it is so close to the airport. Only 10-15 min away from plenty of options.

The breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, and showers were clean.
Upon check in they told me my reservation was canceled due to my card not authorizing. I used that same card upon arriving, and it authorized just fine. But due to them already canceling it in the system, I had to pay $40 more as a "walk in rate". Also the carpet near the AC was wet, which could explain why the room stayed warm.

Closed to the airport.
The pool was closed

The balcony the room was clean bed comfortable and breakfast was great

Room was very clean & affordable
The bed was very uncomfortable

I liked the isolation of the location, away from noise and cars and excessive amount of traffic. The women at the front desk seemed nice, but did not try to give me what I requested several days in advance for. A high floor and close to elevator. The room was clean and organized, and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good and hearty.... those things I enjoyed!
First arriving, I had in advance asked for high floor and close to elevator. When I received my room key, I was on 2nd floor, and far from elevators... I was already feeling disappointed by that, however... I continued into the room. It was just like the photo UNTIL I seen the Balcony... this is when depression hit me. There were TWO bird nests 🪹 with piles of bird poop in each corner of the balcony... disgusting! I sat there looking at it, then I took photos and recorded it. Birds started swarming all over the place. I was so tired, I just closed myself in and decided to address this issue in the am. It was already late when I arrived. The following morning.. I addressed the bird issues... was given another room immediately... that new room is what I should have been given the first time... high floor, close to the elevator, and the balcony was the one in the picture that had drawn me to want to book there. Smh..
The hot tub had way too many chemicals in it... I smelled like mildew and spoiled milk when I got out of it! These were my only issues, and honestly those bird nests been up there for a loooonnnnnggggg time, I home they remove them... it's so disgusting

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. That is about all I can say that I liked.
If you are looking for any specialties or luxury this is not the place. The breakfast staff I interacted with was rude and acted as if I was bothering him. Towels were rough and cheap. Something in the room bothered my allergies. Breakfast was all prepared foods so the breakfast was subpar.
4.3
Very close to the airport, easy to get to. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable. A decent place.
4.3
The suite was large, spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good.
The strong smell of the cleaning solution. We opened the windows to air out the suite. It was April and the weather was nice outside so this helped the issue.
4.3
rooms were nice
pool area was ok but the pool was gross. hotel policy doesn’t allow continental breakfast to be consumed in your room. that was very inconvenient. reason was because let’s say a customer took eggs back yo the room and ate them hours later and it made them sick the hotel didn’t want responsibility for their illness.
4.3
It was very clean, and the breakfast was very yummy! The location is great, and staff was friendly. The best part is that the room was very spacious. No one was cramped up. The hand washing/sink area was separated from the shower and toilet area which was nice, and the was extra space in the sink area for ironing and hanging clothing. You can tell they didn’t try to save space with these rooms, and I appreciate that the most. Also, the beds and pillows were comfy. I slept well. They also have a free coffee bar on the first floor that’s available 24/7.

everything was very clean, and new! breakfast was a plus! and the airport shuttle was wonderful!
nothing

The room was nice and tidy. Quick and easy shuttle ride to the airport. To keep your car at the hotel, it is only $6, so it's on the cheaper side from other hotels.
4.3
great location, comfortable recently renovated rooms, better than average breakfast. great price.
ongoing renovation work was a little disruptive.
4.3
breakfast was poor Starbucks was the only good thing the eggs were cold and nasty the sausage was like it was reheated several times bagels were the only thing that was kinda fresh other that that place was clean and nice .
4.3
Our room was beautiful, the shower was superb, the bed was so comfy, and the pool was not only fun, it was accessible and filled with such friendly guests. Multiple entry doors.
We had to leave by 7:45 and breakfast wasn’t served until 8.
4.3
The salt water pool and hot tub were nice! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked. We would stay here again.
