We would not stay there again.

The staff was helpful when I brought the cleanliness of the room to their attention. The second room was better but it still had problems.

The rooms were not clean and in disrepair. The toilet was loose and not secure on the floor. One room door had to be slammed shut. A towel rack was missing with no towels.

At the reception I felt I was overcharged an extra 10 dollars that was credited separately and the queen room was overcharged from what I saw on booking. Com. I requested for a king dulex room that was non smoking and what I got is a filthy trashy room which was not worthy at all. Breakfast time everything was empty plus the lady who was to refill it was so rude

Metal room lamps had rust from excess moisture. Shower head fixture was broken and had to be held by hand. Property needs repairs.

It was dirty. By the time we got down to breakfast the tables were filthy. The counters were filthy and the breakfast selection was horrible!!!!

Did not stay, after 5 minutes told front desk we were leaving based upon previous comments

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Furniture and fixtures were old and worn out. Rusted lamp bases. Broken remote. Bedding was clean but two mattress covers covered grimy spotted mattress. New floor but broken tiles in entry. Non smoking room but hallway smells like stale cigarettes. Overall Just felt uncomfortable.

Was disappointing but we didn’t have to spend much time there.

I liked the pillows and bed was comfortably firm.

the breakfast was disappointing, I found was not what was advertised. The location is not really close to Chiefs stadium.

Do not stay here! Unless your only option is to sleep in your car.

that we didn’t get robbed.

it was so noisy with plumbing, noisy room from other people in neighboring rooms. Sirens all night in the area. Also terrible smell of cannabis in permeated our room. Went to check out at 3:45 am and saw what looked like a prostitute leave thru the back door in her underwear and come back in thru same door minutes later. It took over 20 minutes to check out since we had to wake up the night clerk, who wasn’t alert enough to do her job for quite a while.

We loved the size of the room, the price, and that they offer smoking rooms ❤

Door had issues sticking and the key card had to be a re-keyed, but the front desk staff was great and handled the problem.

overwhelming smoke smell and just felt very unclean. can’t complain because it was super cheap but if you are purchasing

the outside looked pretty I guess and breakfast was okay

literally bought a non smoking room and when we walked in there was a horrible stench, and the lady offered to move us but only if the room wasn’t touched (pretty sure they were just gonna leave it after we left, for other people without cleaning it so we felt bad and declined) or else she could give us a spray that she said “they use” so Im guessing the non-smoking rooms are just ones that they spray. the elevators and literally everywhere had the strongest smell of smoke, it practically clung to us. can’t really complain because it was a cheap stay but still, for the people paying for more expensive rooms, this is definitely not worth it.

The room was tidy and clean (exception is my perception that the carpets need deep cleaning). the Beds were very comfortable and staying in a family suite gave ample room for my 5 person party.

the lobby and elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana. not sure if it was just guests or staff but it was potent. the carpets are in need of a very deep cleaning. the plumbing needs inspected due to toilet sounds when flushing and sink sounds when using water. bed sheets were a bit ripped and had purple staining (minor). Doors didn't seem to hard close...you could push on them and they gave a bit...not opening but not a solid shut.

Acceptable place to crash after a game. Not anywhere you want to stay very long.

Hotel is conveniently located about 10 mins south of Arrowhead. Perfectly fine place to crash for a night after a game but not anywhere to stay for an extended time.

Hotel is very run down. Stained carpets throughout. Smelled of smoke. When I opened the shower curtain, two dirty wash clothes fell to the ground. Housekeeping is not very good clearly. Bathroom door was covered in paint spots and the door to the room had a map for the 2nd floor fire exits (I was on the ground floor). Walls were extremely thin. Person in the next room was talking on speaker phone and I could easily hear both sides of the conversation. Business center was shut down for some reason and didn't even have a door knob on the door. Hotel in general was very run down. Fine if you need a place to crash if a game gets out really late. Definitely not a place to stay for a family vacation, business trip or anything else.

Shower handle was broken and very sharp. There was a large stain on the side of the mattress. I told the front desk lady the next morning. She said she'd let maintenance know but none had mentioned it before. Price was higher than listed on your app.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. No eggs donuts yogurt for breakfast.

Reservationist was talking on phone with a friend when we were checking in. Carpet on third floor in hallway very dirty. Requested a wake up call and no call was placed to the room.
