I loved the entrance. The lobby is large enough that many ppl can spread out. The view from our room is spectacular
The valet informed me I could park on the street. The two employees at the desk said no. The Valet put the reception desk employees down. I ended up having to move my uhaul truck and got lost

Great location! Skywalk took us to all the kid friendly activities we wanted for our grandchildren. It was really a great location! Service great!
We liked it all really!

We had breakfast at the restaurant a couple of times. It was good but service was somewhat disappointing.
More courteous behavior among the waiters.

Nice hotel. Stayed there several times before. It is less crowded and a little quieter than the next closest hotel.
Everything was fine except we got double charged for parking and am currently working on how to resolve that

Location was great....walkable to crown center for a few restaurants/shops. Beds were comfortable.
We were stuck in garage elevator ........called security from the elevator phone and they were not very convincing about sending help very quickly. Called 3 times and each time said they were "working on getting some one to us" the would hang up. Family inside hotel asked at desk if some one could come help us and they were unaware that elevator was even stuck. Another guest waiting outside the elevator was able to pry doors open and get us out............saw workers headed to elevator as we left after about a 30 min wait. Mentioned this at checkout and staff said it happens a lot in their garage elevators.

Nice room. 33rd floor. That was exciting for my granddaughter.
Comforter was DISGUSTING!!!
I had to PAY to park! Seriously! $25.00, as a guest.

Location, as we were going to Children's Mercy Hospital.
The cost of the parking garage, with or without valet parking; no continental breakfast; the rates are very high.

Close to Legoland if you travel with children. Several restaurants walking distance
They charged me twice after paying for it. Disappointed I can’t get anyone to resolve it. Frustrated with the process being passed on.

Convenient location.
Restaurant was lacking in selections and time open. Great location but not worth the cost.

Beds were comfortable, enjoyed the swimming pool. The lobby was spectacular. Very helpful staff.
One spot in the very middle of carpet in our room.

great location
Took a long time to check-in with only two people helping the process as a fraternity was also checking in. Additionally the fraternity, which appeared to be from Creighton were extremely loud and disruptive all night - yelling and fighting in the halls. Lastly the hotel placed microwaves on folding tables near the elevators. This seems pretty janky for a supposedly “nice” hotel. Generally the hotel is fine, it used to be great though and it was somewhat sad to see its decline.

Clean up to date rooms. Location was great.
Couldn’t get the room cool enough and it wasn’t even hot outside. Only had three people checking guests in and the line was all the way out the door.

Loved the size of the rooms, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and floors were clean. The staff from valet, to check in, housekeeping, check out were extremely helpful and very friendly considering there were hundreds of guests on site for various activities and not all were pleasant. The views of the city were absolutely beautiful at night! Very relaxing. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sheraton as “THE” place to stay for business or pleasure as they live up to the hype in my opinion!
The pillows on the beds are not comfortable. They’re too thin and soft once you lie down on them. Upon first glance, they look so comfortable. But, once you lie down, it’s not as comfortable as it should be. The toilets are really low. I’m almost 6 feet tall, and I felt like I was close to the floor once I got close to the seat. The children needed no help of course because it was at the perfect height. The elevators were a bit slow, but that was probably not the fault of the hotel since there were so many guests and children going up and down. There were also a lot of inconsiderate guests allowing the room doors to slam shut in the evening which made it a bit difficult to keep a baby asleep.
