Worth the stay!

I came back to stay here because it's a great location, Dennys and McDonald's just right outside. Was treated very nicely by the owner. Clean rooms, comfy bed and offers great cable!!!

The room was updated, very clean. It was quiet at night. The parking lot was well lit, felt safe.

lost money choose the hotel down the road.

reserved a room but when we got up there, we noticed there was a lot of people hanging outside of rooms drinking, it is a remodel of a motel. We did not like the vibe so we left and lost our money, it was a little uncomfortable when people are hanging outside on the patio above looking at you.

The hotel is under renovation so it does not give a good impression, but our room was remodeled and pleasant and comfortable.

Free breakfast was advertised but it was only coffee and not ready when we wanted it. Grabbed a quick cup when we left at 8 am.

I liked it, will stay again. Glad I had my cozy slippers.

Nice newly renovated rooms. Outside hopefully will come once all rooms are renovated. Clean room. Appreciated the small discount provided at Dennys! Nice little room fridge too

Not a fan of the flooring, it's cold (winter, might be fine in warmer weather!) I do prefer carpet or at least rugs, especially in front of the door for muddy feet. Tile in bath area VERY cold . . .

Beware of deceitful pricing!

Beware of deceitful pricing if you have pets!! When I first booked I told them we needed a pet-friendly room, we had 3 pets. They told me it was fine there would be NO extra pet fee. Then when we arrived the clerk told me it would be a $25 pet fee. I said fine even though I was initially told no pet fee. Then after our stay they charged us another $50!!. This is not a nice motel and because we had pets they put us in a room that was rundown, the toilet leaked and ran all night long, the bathroom is shabby and the linens barely adequate. We were taken advantage of, beware!! It cost us more than double the advertised $70/night!

Retro Motel Close to Everything

The motel is very close to restaurants and other businesses. The bedroom was recently renovated. For an old-style motel, there was very little noise from surrounding units. I especially liked (and needed) the refrigerator and microwave.

The bathroom needed finished. Although my pet was accepted, there’s no good place to walk them. Outside voices could be heard inside the room.

I’m glad we decided to stay here

The room was very nice and totally renovated. It had a sitting area and even the electrical outlets were new. The exterior is not appealing because they are doing all the renovations.

Great Value for Comfortable Stay

Mattress, pillows, & air conditioner made sleeping quite comfortable. Bedroom & bathroom were very clean. Water pressure & temp were very good. Mgmt friendly & quickly met my request for additional towels.

Bathroom interior is showing its age, but staff keep it so clean that it wasn't an issue to me.

Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled rooms made our visit to Silver City enjoyable.

The room was newly remodeled and clean. It had a comfy pillowtop mattress, clean comfortable sofa, handy coffee table and desk, laminate floors, new a/c unit, nicely tiled bathtub, and new bathroom fixtures. The new refrigerator had an actual freezer compartment and the microwave was also new. The built-in charging ports, outlets, and light switches on both sides the bed were handy. The host was very friendly. They did a good job on the remodel.

The big sign out front says "free breakfast" but there is no breakfast served. Since its on the sign, a continental breakfast would be better than nothing. You can get a 10% discount at the Denny's on the other side of the parking lot.
