Nice location

Stopped by the office to ask to see room before committing… was given keys to 2 different rooms… drove around the building and felt no need to look any closer… rough condition, sketchy looking “residents”… definitely not a place the average tourist would want to stay..

Owner/operator was amazing, on site refreshments available at the office, large room with everything you need, and a great location with a beach across the road.

The pool was great and the room was adequate for a short stay.

The AC didn’t cool the room. Luckily there was another fan option. And the bed was hard.

Not the best but decent enough

Room was comfortable and I had what I needed. I love being across from a beach and near restaurants and attractions.

I did have no warm water one night and I never received maid service on the day I asked for it. The parking lot is riddled with pot holes and rocks.

Nothing, I checked out early, due to dirt in room and affirm the reviews of cobwebs with insects. The parking lot is extremely dangerous when it rains due to severe determination and eroded gravel , pot holes! My photography work speaks to the truth, and will post. Other reviews must be fabricated or fraud. I'm highly insulted for a $80 plus and taxes, numerous campers on sight and for sale signs. The disrespectful owners of establishment are hurting the local community and restaurants, shame shame on them.

Perfect place and area if you need a weekend to breathe, get away.

Serves Its Purpose

I liked that it is next to Bayville Screampark, as we staid here to go there. The hotel staff are very warm and inviting The windows are heavily tinted The building is easy to navigate Its by the water.

They do not provide meaningful soap or shampoo, so bring your own.The office is very cluttered. The drop off box for check out is a mini trash can outside of the office. I feel like it would be easy for someone to take the room key, and managment could blame you for it.

Old, dirty, bad smell…

we paid but they tried not to pay booking.com commission. So that they put the wrong credit card number manually. Then they canceled my reservation on booking.com. In fact we stayed and paid 1 night.

dirty/dated/digusting/ half full bottle of shampoo and soap..

Breakfast??? You couldnt even get a cup of coffee from the disgusting check in room..the tile in the bathroom was so slippery you could easily fall. The one table and chairs in the bedroom were all worn out.. The rug was worn out and stained.Nothing was good about this place...they overcharged us and when i called to complain..they yelled at me. AWFUL!!

Rubbish

We recently stayed there in August 2022. As we arrived at around 1am and the room was bigger than we had booked. In the morning, we were asked to pay extra for the bigger room which we had not requested. Reluctantly we paid the extra $40 for the two nights. When we went to use the cooker we discovered that it was not working at all. There was barely any cutlery at all, no bowls at all and the meagre dishes that remained were very greasy. It really was a joke. I asked at reception for a glass and was given a paper cup. In the main room, 6 very large mirrors were being stored behind the television unit for no apparent reason. This was all very disappointing indeed. When we returned home, we checked our bank account to discover that they had also additionally taken nearly another $200 from our account. We have been trying to email them but they are no longer replying our emails.
