Everything it was quite quiet and clean. I always stay when in town.

There's nothing to dislike. Everyone treats you nice here.

I stayed here because my regular hotel was not available. It was less expensive but I will stay at the regular one next

Good location near stores and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Room has refrigerator and microwave.

Room seemed cramped and in need repair. The carpet was stained and frayed. No picture on wall. Very old rooster vent in bathroom but I don’t think it functioned well.

It took them 3 to 5 minutes to answer the phone when you came down to the front desk another 3 to 5 minutes for someone

It was a short distance from the place that I needed to work

The vanity and the bathroom was not clean toilet was terrible and at night roaches came out of nowhere everywhere the following day, I reported it all they all I can tell me is to change the room. No one else Complaint, and the second room roaches came out, but not as many as the first one.

we found several ROACHES,TOLD THE CLERK,she denied it, but we know what we saw,Ask for an extra pillow was told that they didn't have any, had to get a throw from my car to use a pillow.but the bed was comfortable,

Electric problem

The electrical plug near the microwave in room 202 was messed up and we could not plug in the refrigerator and microwave at the same time. It also made me nervous because it could have started a fire

There was no breakfast

The whole place needs to be cleaned alot better,the carpet needs to be replaced its stained and looks nasty.the room needs to be renovated,there was paint falling off the ceiling and walls in huge pieces

Won't be back. Should never see roaches in your hotel room. Period.

Conveniently located where we need to be.

What could have been better? Instead of cleaning around the food areas, clean the entire area. Food under microwave, and around refrigerator....which means roaches. While lying in bed, we had one roach running up the wall. And also, across the table in front of the bed.

The manager/owner was very friendly, and the housecleaning lady was very sweet.

We asked for extra towels and pillows several times....were told none were available. We finally got 2 extra towels the night before we left, but never any extra pillows. The floor was so grossly stained, I was afraid to take off my shoes. I pulled a tissue out and the whole thing fell out of the wall.

Room was reasonably clean and bed was comfortable.

Location not close enough to I-40. Floor was dirty. Although I only noticed after walking around barefoot post-shower the evening I arrived. The good thing is that they had a secondary handheld shower head that made cleaning my feet in the morning easy.

Bad experience! Burn hole in my blanket. Microwave not cleaned. Towels dingy had to buy some from Walmart to use. Rusty

Would have been much better with adequate lighting

No breakfast which sucked mainly because every other hotel is at least doing pre packaged breakfast items. I think this property is very unlikely to please their guests by all means. The night time desk clerk always seems like he is up to something when/if you come in the lobby. He does not look presentable at all.

The lighting was awful, could not see, there were bugs, bedding wasn't clean, looked as if someone had already been sleeping in the bed.. Night clerk is sketchy. If nothing else even box cereal and milk or maybe some yogurt would be a start considering the price you pay to stay there.

Shower was awesome very comfy bed

Someone close to my room the first night smoking marijuana all thru the night. Second night VERY loud music til after midnight. Not very restful either night
