The rooms were decent. Breakfast was tasty.
The toiletries in the shower were communal which is always gross, but the fact that the conditioner dispenser was empty gives the impression that the shower wasn’t adequately cleaned. There was also a plate of the previous guest’s breakfast underneath a chair.
The worst part of this stay was the appalling incompetence of the staff. Upon arrival, a family was disgruntled at the front desk because their reserved room had been given away. They stepped aside to let us check in; I told the clerk my name, and her exact words were, “That’s funny, I just gave your room away.” After a few confusing minutes, we were checked into another room. In the middle of the night as we were dead asleep, the hotel room phone rang. My mother answered the phone, and the clerk told her that she had checked us into the wrong room and needed to know our names. My mother told her our names again, and then the clerk said she would have to call us back in a few minutes. My mother asked what time it was, and the clerk said it was 2:00 AM. At this point my mother was wide awake, as well as myself, and she told the clerk that we had to be up at 6:00 AM. The clerk abruptly hung up and didn’t call back. As we came to our senses, we got angry at having been woken up at 2:00 AM by hotel staff. We were unable to go back to sleep for a while, and our night was ruined. I have never encountered such stupidity in my life.

Pistachio shells on floor (in someone’s defense they did blend in with carpet). A sharp needle tack sticking up in the carpet I stepped on twice. Room didn’t smell but didn’t smell clean. Unaware that the only parking was 50 dollar valet parking.
3.3
The location was convenient when getting around right near the expressway but I would still have stayed elsewhere after the fact
Very disorganized, attempting to double charge me for my stay after checking me in, offer breakfast option on booking.com that they don’t honor?? Staff was neglectful and rude would call & ask for services and wouldn’t get any follow up. The only kind people there was Rashaud the hotel receptionist & the kitchen staff.
3.3
Towels were worn; only one elevator was in service for the 5 days we were there.
3.3
Great location with nice amenities- clean, modern, and comfortable
No free breakfast - expensive. $200 charge up front for incidentals

Honestly the front desk staff was the best part of this hotel. Customer service is intriguing to me. The assistant general manager from the property reached out to me and when I informed her that a complimentary stay would make up for my experience, she completely ignored my message. She asked, if there was anything that she could do and that was honestly it.
The cleanliness of the room. I really value a clean room at a hotel. I think it impacts the first impression and the room was not clean. There was hair in the sink. It’s scary because when the room appears to not be clean, your mind wanders.

The ultimate discount after a few complaints
No blinders in the room, missing shampoo for 2 days even asking more than once, shower...
3.3
location
construction and having to valet
3.3
The location was walking distance from several great restaurants, and was just off of our route back to Baton Rouge from Conyers.
The parking situation was slightly confusing and more expensive than anticipated.
3.3
Thermostat controls and wifi access. I couldn't adjust the thermostat and had to call the front desk to access wifi.

The valet guys were great!!
It was so loud. All night all you could hear was traffic/sirens/street noise. It is located right next to the main highway but it was just so loud. No one slept well.
3.3
it was convenient. didn’t like that the construction was everywhere

Clean and service was kind
-$45 fee for valet parking (which was NOT optional)
-$75 per fee (with NO safe pet areas)
-water temperature and pressure
-loud renovations, in lobby and other rooms
-bed was uncomfortable
-parking garage was difficult to find
-hotel visibility form the street was terrible
3.3
Location and friendly employees
Only Vallet parking options for $ 45. Too expensive. I Wish it was more clear in the description. Breakfast was good but also extra charge in price only covered one person.

Valera the front desk personnel were all tremendous in welcoming. The location was great close to GA Tech campus and great bars and restaurants
Only one elevator working and the lobby bar didn't have any liquor.

I liked the bathroom and the bed .

Location was perfect for our activities. Easy Interstate access
Parking was OUTRAGEOUS. Hotel had not coordinated with Booking.com to update the fact they removed all jacuzzis from rooms but yet still tried to charge me for it until I brought it to their attention.
3.3
Employees nice and helpful
Furniture old needs to be replaced as well as blankets elevator was very jumpy and shakey

It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was truly awesome.
it was in the process of renovations and construction around it so aesthetically it was not pleasing. Although my room was new, it did not have some essentials like a trashcan or coffee service. Also, the AC unit needed a new filter and looked as if it hadn’t been changed in a while.
3.3
It was close enough to walk to the train station.
We never had any hot water! The water was Ice cold from the time we got there till we left and staff did nothing about it. I brought it to their attention/complained four separate times. The first time I complained I was completely brushed off and was told to go check again. All the other times I was told someone would come look at it to fix it or they would fix it. Never once did anyone check it or fix. Then at the end of my stay I asked for a partial refund for having ice cold water the entire 3 night stay and I was again brushed off saying a manager would contact me since I booked through a 3rd party website (booking.com). I was specifically told Corey would call, never heard from them. I
Called today and spoke to the manager on duty who said he just needed to switch to another desk to assist me and he’d call me right back. It’s been over an hour and a half and I haven’t received a call back. Clearly they don’t care about my stay.

it was in a great location but sucked that you had to pay $40 a day for parking and it was not informed to us before we booked it
paying for parking, the cleaning staff sucks, and they sent us to 4 rooms before they found one that was clean.
3.3
not much! the valet was rude as heck. there was mold in my bathroom and the curtains in the room wouldn’t close!
