Always prefer to stay at a double tree! Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean rooms. Good location just outside the main road.
Nothing.

We loved the ability to have pretty much anything we wanted to EaT any time of the day. We liked the discounts offered. We liked playing right where we stayed. I loved the fire pit and patio. I used it quite often.
$15.00 parking fee. We feel if you are staying there parking should be free or at least just the initial entry.

Excellent location, facilities amenities were great.
We had to wait two hours past check in because they were short staffed. This caused us to cancel our dinner reservations. The room walls and doors were filthy, no hot water in shower or sinks, and either pillows or comforter was worn/torn, for we constantly had feathers all over us.

I really liked how helpful the staff was and this hotel was by far better than the others connected to it. The fire pits outside were pretty cool.
The parking garage was interesting to find a place to park considering they had most of it blocked off. The beds were really hard and it was difficult to try and find the pool without having to walk through the casino. When we got to the pool it was crowded and the water was loaded with so much chemicals that you're eyes felt like they were on fire. Also the hot tub and the pool was freezing.

From check in to check out everything was wonderful...so wonderful we stayed an extra night because it was so relaxing...although I didn't win any money down in the casino I had fun and I had a great conversation with the custodian Jim...he is by far the hardest working and helpful employee I have met there....and he gives out hot wheels for the kiddos...he always had a smile on his face and a story to tell...thank you Jim it was a nice time chatting with you
The pool was wonderful but at times a little crowded

Bryce checked us in and out, communicated very well with us, and was generous, as our room was not ready when we got there. He did all he could to make us comfortable and accommodate us while we waited. He even reached out after we got into our room to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our room.
We waited nearly an hour for our room to be available. This was mostly inconvenient, as we arrived an hour early to begin with, and were hoping to get into our king suite before we went out. During the night, we heard loud noises above u
Our room, like someone, was moving furniture. We also could hear surrounding room's doors opening and closing so loudly, we kept thinking someone was about to walk into our room. Overall, our experience wasn't horrible, but I expected more for what I paid for 1 night.

The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a very nice location for us to get away and spend time together. The facilities were amazing and the casino was very cool and the restaurants were delicious.
The shower was interesting to use, but eventually we were able to get it figured out. Other than that, the stay was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves.
