The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was near downtown but still gave a rural impression. The ROI on the price asked was expectational as the accommodations were sleek and modern. Frankly, it was one of the best options within Deadwood for those looking for a more modern approach to lodging.
It seemed to be short-staffed on the day we were there. In addition, the parking lot was shared with multiple hotels so it was fairly congested. Along with congestion, the parking lot was partially under construction so it was a bit difficult to navigate at some points.

The place is modern, had a good breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. We had a valley facing side, so the view was very nice. You can easily walk into Deadwood, which is good because you have to pay to park anywhere you go. The workout facilities were very good. They have underground parking as well as above ground, and it costs the same. They give you 15% off meals at the on-site restaurants, and $15 to use in the casino, which are all on the 1st floor.
We were confused as to where to go. There are multiple motels on the same site, the casino is on the first floor, so you have to go in, find the elevator and go up to the 2nd level. You pay almost $16/day for parking. We've never gambled before, but after asking someone for help, we used the $15 on slots, and luckily won a few dollars which covered the parking.

Enjoyed our stay in Deadwood. Glad there were a choice of restaurants in the building.
Did not like having a fee for parking since others use the parking lot when they come for gambling or come to eat at this location and don't pay.

Cleanliness
No closet. Not enough comfortable chairs in room. Room to small for 2 for week. Having to pay for parking. No coffee in rooms. Utensils fir breakfast we not protectively sealed. No microwave in breakfast area. Need ice machine on every floor. Walking through casino in bathing suit to get to pool in adjacent hotel.s

Room was clean and you had extra towel in room
Parking sucked plus paying for it. It was hard to find lobby from outside. You had to go thru casino doors and up a level

We liked the card with all the complimentary discounts/access. Breakfast was great. Everything was in the same building, from casino to stores. Black-out curtains are a sweet deal.
Rooms are fairly small but would not keep me from booking again.

Room was clean, there was a fridge.
Hidden costs, if parking is mandatory to pay for it should be included in the cost or should be stated, up front. It's hidden because people may select a different place to stay.
No microwave or coffee room, tiny space.

Very good. Nice little pancake maker. Overall nice selection.
Had an iron someone had scorched something with, and it caused me to damage one of my nicer blouses.

Small rooms, but the space is well utilized. Very clean. Comfy beds.
Additional fee for parking. Breakfast not included

Clean, very modern decor. Flyt restaurant was delicious.
We didn't know there was a parking charge when we booked. The hotel offsets with coupon options.

Breakfast selection could’ve been better seem to run out of items
Having to pay an extra $50 for my dog that was not on the website when I booked

Breakfast was good.
No parking. They are doing construction and the construction workers too up numerous double spaces with their equipment . The underground parking was about 20 spots and difficult to access. The back lot was pitch black and we were afraid our car was going to get broken into or towed.

I liked that there was no carpet. The bathroom shower was great.
Better pillows.

The restaurants were fantastic along with the casino, did not have to go out if you didn't want to, but hey your in Deadwood.

Scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes, orange juice. Liked the cereal, bagels and english muffins.
Coffee was too hot, full of coffee grounds. The team hard a hard time keeping up with refilling the orange juice coffee and pancake mix. Bagel toaster confused the old people and really held up the line. would have been nice to have a sweet roll or doughnut. Also, no greek yogurt. only fruit was an apple.
The rooms were small and not enough room to put suitcases off the floor. Also really missed having coffee pot for hot tea in the room. missed an end table on the out sides of the beds.

Good. Good selection
The bathroom wasn't very clean. The floor was dirty, we wiped brown dirt off the floor with a wet towel.

Room decor is fresh! Bathrooms are clean and modern! Beds are very comfortable! Location is within walking distance of entertainment/shopping/history and the view is spectacular! Good atmosphere! Love the relaxing outdoor fire area!
Not happy to discover there was a daily parking fee that was not disclosed until the end of check in! AND we had a UTV from 9pm until 8am ONE night that we were charged parking for as well! Also, when we arrived back to the hotel on Friday night there was not a space immediately available!
Staff was helpful but could’ve been friendlier- they don’t seem happy!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to adjust my stay, so she told me how to do that via Booking.com and it was handled promptly and quickly.
I was disappointed that I had to pay a separate parking fee; I felt the room rates were high enough to include that. And It was a little confusing when I drove up as to how to get into the hotel.

Amazing staff with great customer service and knowledge of the area also great location . Able to accommodate any requests with prompt service and courteous. Would definitely stay here again .
Having to pay $15 per night per vehicle to park at the hotel , this should be included in total expense of hotel stay.

The location of the property is nice and the staff were all very nice. The flyt and pizza place were very good.
They had feather pillows on the bed, and I think no matter if you have a vehicle or not, you should still get hotel coupons as you are still paying to stay on the property!!
