The hotel was downtown Deadwood and centrally located to other attractions. The staff was awesome and very helpful for getting around. The restaurant on site was good as well.
The parking for the hotel is in the parking lot behind the hotel but is not clarified when booking when booking

Breakfast was great! Staff were excellent!!
Not enough plug ins in our room.

I'd been looking to check out Deadwood and the surrounding areas for a while. It was the perfect staging area to see a lot of different places in a short amount of time. I was able to see Mount Rushmore, The Devil's Tower, Sturgis all within a couple of days.
There was a parking garage right across the street which was very handy.
It's definitely dated which is kind of what you want when you are staying in an old timey location like Deadwood. I got what I expected and quite enjoyed it.
Very centrally located on Main Street with easy access to every direction you'd want to go.
I'm honestly having a hard time coming up with something I didn't enjoy about the hotel.
The 2nd night I could hear a baby crying in the room across the hall, but that is no fault of the hotel. Babies will cry. It happens.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Great doorman/bartender(male)
Wished for refrigerator (small) in room. Have a personal need for milk at various times.

We loved to atmosphere. Loved the historic feel and quaintness. The price was great. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We'd most certainly stay here again.
We wish breakfast would've been offered but it was closed.

It's been a bucket list item to stay at this hotel and it was amazing to get to do just that. The room was fantastic, comfy bed, great shower, awesome people. Even though there's a bar and casino literally one floor down, you'd never know. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We already plan to stay here again, and hopefully after they finish updating the restaurant. Cant wait to see it!

I liked the fact it was in the heart of town with easy access to other places!
Heating system was very loud which made it hard to sleep. Our room had sloped floors which gave us some concern!

Location and history of the building.
Room was small, bed was too small for two people, TV didn’t work until maintenance got involved.

location and history
I stayed there two nights this last weekend and while the room was fine and the hotel/history were neat we had no hot water in the shower. We called the first full morning we were there and someone came up, checked it and said maintenance would be back to fix it. No one came. Luckily I had a friend staying in the same hotel so we did get a shower that first day. I emailed back and forth with management after I left who gave me a $40 credit when I paid $159 for the two nights. I requested one full day of credit back and was told $49 was the best they could do. I would not stay here again.

The staff at the Bullock Hotel are amazing. What great bunch of people and we were treated for like friends than guests. The best customer service in town.

Very cool old building and the location is great.
Way overpriced because of events going on that we were not even attending.

Please open the restaurant. This would be a great addition to my stay.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Shower had good pressure
Casino had great games. Loved the three little pigs.
No ghosts encountered.
Restaurant needs to be open. Total bummer. Need some food to keep the gambling going.
