Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was sparkling clean and housekeeping kept it that way during our stay. The location was great and walkable.
Nothing, this was a fabulous hotel.

Location
The pillows where horrible, the noise, the AC systems was very bad.
4.5
Great location, amazing staff, quality facility
the one thing of issue was the sliding door into the restroom - it was rather difficult to slide and would constantly get stuck

Canopy will be my new go to when coming to Dallas! For starters, the staff was incredible. Stacey at the valet is a gem. The room is stunning, so well organized and cozy. The bed was so comfy!! Amazing stay
no cons:)

Uptown location was centrally located and has multiple shops and restaurants in walking distance. Someone on staff was always located at front door to assist with any questions you may have about the property or surrounding area.
Breakfast could have been complimentary during your stay. $15 per day if all your looking for is a bagel and a cup of coffee seems a bit overpriced. Food quality was good and had many options if you are into a full sit down breakfast.

Food was delicious, staff were very attentive.

Customer service was top tier! Bed was very comfortable!
For $300/night, I couldnt control my own thermostat. Room was super hot until we called down to get it turned down. Shower curtain was not long enough to keep water from splashing out the tub. The iron was broken and ruined my wife's dress.

Good location. Felt safe as a solo female traveller
As a non-coffee drinker, inability to have a hot drink in my room that didn't have a tainted taste of coffee from the machine was very disappointing

The room was absolutely clean and perfect.

Terrible parking ballet service, bad attitude, the girl at the reception took a long time to attend me, half without activating the keys and also told me to park in a place where they fined me.

Mold in Shower that I reported. Repair made in timely manner but they painted. so had paint smell
Treadmills were not working and I was unable to use one day.
2.5
location and rooftop
There was a fire alarm
test. Which we totally understood but unfortunately our mic in our room did not fully function. We never heard it was a test. So my husband and I got out of bed put on some clothes and walked quickly down the stairs from the seventh floor. Exited the building walked in the rain around the building only for find a lobby full of people enjoying their breakfast, coffee and working on their laptops. As we questioned the front desk gal she said “ it was a test” we and two other couples told her that’s not what came through our pa in our rooms. She didn’t apologize or show any empathy instead she said “well all of us heard it downstairs” as she continued to make her welcome bags. We were appalled by her approach to the situation.
