Vistelsen var som man kan förvänta sej i Miami ( fast lite mer av allt)

Närhet till stranden. Bokade för att det fanns pool på taket.

Att det inte framgick att stället var ett gayställe. Gick inte att använda poolområdet då det var överfullt, stökigt, söligt o musik så man inte kunde prata.

Awesome

The location was cool. Liked the fact that we had a balcony. The rooftop view was amazing!

Rooms needs a little maintenance. The blinds in front of the balcony door was paper clipped together like it had been ripped. The small desk or whatever it was right next to the bed was wooden but broken. Didn’t like the fact that I could not see the ocean from my room as I paid for “partial ocean view” but the rooftop was cool.

Location and vallet was prompt.

Elevator broken, climbing 5 flights of stairs with suitcases disappointing. No view of the ocean from our room which was advertised. The towels smelled like cigarette smoke

Chose the location because it was so close to Miami Beach.

Great location, so close to Miami Beach, and everything I wanted to see was within walking distance.

Great location, everything is within walking distance, not too far from downtown Miami. Not really a dislike, but the location was not necessarily ideal for a person seeking some peace, quiet, and solitude. Miami Beach has a legendary nightlife, which would be more fun for 30-year-old me as opposed to 50-year-old me. The atmosphere reminded me a lot of New Orleans. Next time I would stay in a location that was further away from the hot spots. Recommended for newlyweds or friends who are into the club scene.

Abbiamo segnalato che la tv non funzionava, non funzionava pure il rubinetto della vasca, sotto il letto c’era molta polvere, abbiamo inviato un messaggio e chiamato la proprietaria, non ci ha neanche risposto!!!

It was the perfect location, and the room I booked was very spacious. Although I dined out mostly, the fridge was convenient to have, just so I can keep the drinks cold and eat snacks.

The only thing I liked was the pool at the top

This building has a restaurant/bar in the first floor with super loud music and shows, you can't go to sleep before 2:00 am every night, the balcony doors are super hard to open, the bed makes noises, the shower tub is terrible. We went to the front desk about the ac since the ac doesn't work, and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

It was amazing.

I loved the location. It was in the middle of every scene. We had The Palace on one side and The Clevelander on the other side. And the best part was the beach right across the street. I loved everything about this location. The suite was beautiful, very modern, super comfy bed and clean.

Stay was decent for what I came for.

Location was great.

We needed more towels in the room, we told them the air was not working they just suggested that we close the windows and the curtains. Which we had already tried before calling. No one ever showed up. The receptionist was rude like we were bothering him.

Disappointing

The elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. The toilet ran water the whole stay which was hard for me to sleep, and when I had a problem the owners wouldnt talk to me directly they would text which was so unprofessional.

the room had a strong humid smell, could not get rid of it, bathroom was more see through outside the bathroom then inside, there wasn’t knifes to making food, we asked to get tv fixed and they said they would send someone and they never did, wifi didn’t work well, sink water would barely run, and we could not get into the pool any of the days we went because it was always packed and 2 buildings down, did not say that online

Very comfortable, great location, great for nightlife lovers. Pool with private bar and awesome view!

I love this place! Very spacious, had incredibly natural light in the entire place (they do have blackout curtains in every window though), bathroom had a great rain shower, huge balcony, nice kitchen. The location was fenomenal, close to everything from pharmacy, restaurants, market, bike rental station, Espanhola Way to the beach! I felt very safe there, elevator will only work if you have the apt key, main door as well. The building next door it’s where the pool is located- they have their own bar, extremely friendly staff and the view is incredible! I had a minor issue with my reservation yet the owner was quick to contact me, easily solving the problem and the was the sweetest person! Would definitely come back.

I won’t say I didn’t like this (because I chose to stay in the heart of South Beach) but in case you’re looking for a quiet place, this may not be it. It’s surrounded by bars with loud music (It’s worth mentioning that I chose Memorial day weekend to visit, not sure if on regular days it might be way less noisy) but that didn’t stop me from sleeping peacefully (and I am a light sleeper) it’s just an observation.

An enjoyable time, unit nice enough but would try to book a different unit for view & door issue

The room was basically clean (& no bugs at all) & comfortable, towels were thick & luxurious, beds were comfy & had clean linens, location was great - close to everything & I felt very safe even when out by myself, balcony ocean view was a daily treat, rooftop pool & views were fabulous, staff was very helpful and attentive, fantastic value, I would book with the Strand again but maybe a another unit with an even better ocean view & easier access to the balcony (door issue)

Room could really use a deep cleaning (baseboards, rusted shower head, corners, etc.), overhead shower did not work & was slightly dripping while using hand held - it was concerning due to the rusted condition of the shower head, outlet in corner of bathroom (for hair dryer) did not work ... my biggest beef was that the sliding doors to the balcony were almost impossible to open & close ... I do not understand why this has not been addressed based on previous reviews we have now seen ... people in other units near us were able to open & close their balcony doors with ease

After a few hours, I booked somewhere else.

The beach was right across the street.

Don’t book this room if you value your sleep. The music starts at 11 am and it is non stop from there. The elevator didn’t work while I was there and there was a day when the water was shutoff. The elevator not working was a big deal as I just had an operation and could not lift my bag. The water not working for a few hours is inconvenient as well. None of this was disclosed prior to booking the room, nor was it disclosed as the events happened, and they had my number so a call would have been nice. I ended up booking elsewhere. I didn’t ask for my money back as it was a non refundable room and I was not going back and forth with anyone, I didn’t give the keys back until Wednesday morning so that they couldn’t get my money and someone else’s money too. My strong opinion is do not book here.

great location on south beach

location, location, location. the balcony has it's own entertainment looking over Ocean drive. room was spacious. and clean. the employees at the hotel were extremely helpful and pleasent

the room needed some attention. nothing to clean the floors, glasses had chips, no ice trays dishwasher broken. little things nothing to impact enjoying vacation
