The house was in a lovely location, very peaceful and spacious. As the website points out, it is an old Victorian house, quirky but functionsed well for our family, and warm without the need to light the stove. We loved the dining room table complete with candles

Luv’d it, the house was everything and more than we all wished for. The house clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Our only regret was we didn’t book for a longer stay . We would definitely go back and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Thought there might have been contact from the owners prior to our stay. Lovely old house but disappointed that we needed to wash all the crockery/cutlery before using as residue left on from previous use in dishwasher (?) Only one tea towel provided .. more would have been handy and there was no kitchen towel. Otherwise it was fine.

Beautiful property in an ideal location for all the surrounding walks. Felt like home as soon as we stepped inside. Lots of space and extremely well equipped.
