For one night it was very expensive.

Bed was very comfortable.

We had no face towels. Ice machine did not work. Blinds didn't come down at all. It didn't include breakfast.

Abbiamo ricevuto la miglior accoglienza: Alina è stata davvero gentile e premurosa. Il nostro soggiorno è andato davvero bene. A puedi si raggiunge facilmente il “centro” con una piacevole passeggiata.

Quick and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroon very small. Pillows were flat and not enough pillows.

The beds were very comfortable the pillows were very very comfortable the location was nice parking and everything was nice staff was nice it was clean it was fast it was convenient I am comfortable and relaxed

Close to Union Station

Terrible noisy traffic Cocroach like a fist in bathroom Awful breakfast with snail like waiters (1 hour waiting in empty restaurant) The property refused to issue me an invoice/receipt!

Inside the hotel, it's fine. Outside, not so good.

The lobby was nice and the room was fine

This is not a good place for traveling with family dur to the location and strange entry and parking situation. It's hard to find the hotel driveway and you can either pay for parking in a dicey looking lot right off the property or pay a lot more for parking right in front. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not somewhere I'd take my family for a walk.

perfect for short trip and don’t pay so much extra!

location!!! and the parking was a good price $50 at night considering the cost close or in the downtown. So for me was great and just a 2 min to Clinton -Blue Line of Metra and 2 blocks of Union Station if you want to move with a public transportation us we did.

Restaurante was close 1 night when we want to drink something and for sure could be great with more publicity. The food in this restaurant was great and people were great as well.
