Les chambres spacieuses, la qualité et propreté de la literie, la piscine.
Les oreillers trop épaisses et trop compactes.
Manque un peu de variété dans les déjeuners.

Location and amenities
Hair dryer didn’t work- I got another one- it didn’t work either.
9.0 / 10.0
spacious room and nice spacious hotel lobby, walking distance restaurants
8.0 / 10.0
Room is very nice with separate area with sofa and t.v. Modern decor and lighting. Bathroom has plenty of towels, shower has good water pressure and hot water, and very well designed with mirror behind door. Main room with king size bed had good lighting and felt homey. There was even a fridge and sink area in room, and microwave available across the hall. The pool was heated and was very nice.
The bed was just OK, a little soft, and the pillows were too puffy. The breakfast lacked variety. It consisted of packaged sugary danishes, toasts, packaged sugary cereals, a few pieces of fresh fruit.
Second time visiting this hotel and the sauna/steam was still broken, eight months later. They also charged a $7 resort fee, which seemed unreasonable given that not all the "resort" amenities were available.
4.0 / 10.0
Nice foyer, convenient location
Extortionate price for spartan accommodation, hairs from previous occupants in bathroom, unhelpful to accommodate early departure with breakfast
7.0 / 10.0
Great location, cozy.
Walls were paper thin, breakfast could’ve had some hot options.

Central location to attractions and local dining. They promoted local events. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room were newly renovated and spacious.

Proximity to where i was working.
The hotel had an ice machine across from my room which ran all night. The other people staying were in the halls late night and early morning being loud, Talking and kids running.

It is well located for reaching the White Mountains, and Bethlehem is a pleasant town.
It advertises itself as a boutique hotel, and accordingly it is quite expensive, but in reality there is almost no staff (shortages are claimed), the breakfast quality is comparable to the most common highway motels, and it seems to essentially serve as a religious congregation.

The room was clean with a nice view. The towels and linen were clean and thick. The location was perfect- I had stayed in the area before and didn't know this hotel was there. The hotel is quiet and the room was spacious.
I would have liked waffles and plant milk for breakfast. But the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable about the area- that made the light breakfast experience better.

The staff was fantastic
No rugs in the room

The first room they put us in smelled like poop. The second room they put us in had food on the floor and the room looked like it had water damage. The tiles in the bathroom moved when you stepped on them dangerous for little kids. We stayed here because our two normal hotels that we stay at were booked. The pictures online looked nice and we didn’t mind driving 30 mins from where we were skiing and had our family vacation planned. I will tell you I will never stay at this hotel again and will NOT recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

The whole facility looks like it’s back in the 1980s. No updated furniture and very poor Christmas decorations. One staff on duty, who did not have answers to the questions I had. Breakfast is terrible, It’s like everything is purchased at the dollar store to be correct “dollar general “which is around the corner. The Hot tub is closed. Sauna is not working. The excuse is Covid restrictions which is ridiculous.
Never again , waste of money.

the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever had on a stay! the shower pressure was great! bedroom was spacious!
the tub/shower combo was a nuisance with the half wall. some of the curtains and tile were dated with updated fixtures-looked odd. for the location and amenities, the price was too high

it’s run down. Peeling wall paper, broken fixtures, etc.

The location and staff were great. Loved the floating fireplaces.
Would have liked maid service, Kinda like bed made and clean towels shouldn't have to ask for a service that we are already paying for. Didn't get a discount for not having maid service.

Hotel is modern style, rooms and all facilities are in new and good function. Front desk, Mr.Dwayne, is helpful and is happy to recommend place and route for our sight seeing.

The Hotel decor is really pretty. And the front desk staff were incredibly friendly!! The Beds were also very very comfortable!
I didn't like that there wasn't any carpeting in the rooms. It made everything echo. And you can literally hear the people in the room above you moving. To me... it sounded like a herd of elephants, but I'm not sure if they were just loud people, or if the rooms aren't set up to absorb noise.

Comfortable, roomy, attractive. Able to close curtains for dark or pull shears for privacy. We enjoyed the amenities and breakfast.
