The location is super convenient, walking distance to the beach, and there is a nice park for children just next to the building. The room is clean and very well equipped. Expectacular views from our 13th floor room. My son loved the jacuzzi and the pool on the 5th floor 👌

Was very pleasant, staff provided top tier service, the building provided excellent ameties, would return!

The partial view was amazing, adding the private balcony is really private, which was an added bonus. The beach is just within foot steps from

The bed very uncomfortable and was not clean when we arrived! However, the staff responded quickly and fixed the situation. We did notice fixtures were broken and needing replacing along the apartment, but nothing major.

Had a good day at the pool and the beach.

I wasn’t comfortable on the furniture comfortable, especially the sofa. I got there late, because I made the mistake of thinking I was booking Saturday to Sunday and I booked Friday to Saturday, when I asked front desk, if I could stay a little longer they told me no. I thought it wasn’t worth it, because I had gone there at 7:30pm and had to be out by 11am. I enjoyed the day outside, but I didn’t have a room on Saturday. basically you sent the money not to even be there a full day.

Location was great and in general whole building with 2 pools, very nice! Appartment was ok, great view,

household appliances should be "updated" and some shelf in the bathroom would be very nice to have. Appartment very small, not a lot of place for everything plus all the appliances were very very old. Also not sure why You need people for taking cars into garage? That was anoying and took time

My Stay at the Monte Carlo

Seaview and location distance to the beach were excellent. Balcony view was amazing.

Couches in the living room we're somewhat dirty and uncomfortable. One of the kitchen sinks on the left side was clogged , and I had to use the plunger to unclog the sink.

Very unhappy with dangerous metal on bedpost that cut my girlfriends foot badly. Ruined our stay.

The location was great. The rooms are the size of an entire apartment, and they come with kitchen utensils in the kitchenette along with spacious sofa bed and king bed. The balcony was outstanding with views to the sea and the city.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Fantastic Appartment, but space for improvments

Very nice appartments. We had a big one in 16th floor with ocean view. Fantastic! Nothing missing in kitchen or appartment, they even have own washing machines.

The staff during check in could be more friendly. I had the feeling, as my english is not very good, that I'm not welcome. She spoke very fast, I had to ask to repeat a lot and she seemed annoyed, but didn't slow down. You have to wear armband from the hotel. I don't see a reason for that, as there is nothing else than a pool where nobody has access to (just customers from hotel). So for what is the armband?

Won’t stay here again. Highly disappointing for $400 a night.

Location was good. And view from 13th floor was better than expected.

Apartment was dirty. No cleaning supplies. Missing sheets and towels and they Took 2 days to get them to us on a 4 night stay. Bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable. Rude staff. Rude and incompetent customer service. Definitely not 4 star, closer to 2.

The apartment was beautiful, the staff was very helpful. The area was convenient and quiet, and of course the breath taking view.

I do not like the fact that you guys require for us to write down our credit card information on a form, when the information is provided when the payment was made. That is to personal and violation of rights I do not care about your policy. I will never stay there again and NEVER recommend anyone. Thank you it was a beautiful place.

Very relaxing, loved the view, the apartment decor, the amenities

the view from my room (partial ocean and city), the location, how close it was to the beach. also appreciated the warm pool on those windy days

our bed frame needed to be fixed, the mattress was very comfortable but the broken frame made it uncomfortable
