Exceptional

There where a lot of items available for use during our stay that you won't get at a hotel. Resort staff where very responsive and provide a lot of helpful information at the beginning.

Loved it! Perfect Phoenix location!

Comfortable bed, quiet area, perfect location. 20 min from Downtown. 30 min from NFL. 10 min from great breakfast and dinner options. Great value for money. Awesome spot!

Great location, really amazing grounds and pools. Nice layout in the condo.

Beds were too firm, hall shower door needs work, but overall a nice place.

A comfortable unit, nicely furnished, and a "turn-key" experience.

The condo was fully equipped. There were many small delighters, little things like having a wine bottle opener, which was nice. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings and accommodations were as described. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

A great place to stay and well worth the price.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could need. Way better than a hotel.

We enjoyed the accommodation tremendously - it really became home early into our 3week stay.

Checkin was via phone at 11pm in the night because of a late plane and really no big deal (except for me being stupid in the head from 30 hour travel coming from Germany over to Phoenix). Parking space was roofed (not all of 'em on premises are - ask for one when it's going to be hot, you'll need it!). Plenty of room for a family of 4. REALLY comfy beds, kitchen doesn't miss anything in terms of appliances, cutlery, cooking pots/pans or dishes, except maybe for an electric water heater, which to my knowledge is a rather uncommon appliance in the US, while it's being used everywhere in Europe. They have a piping kettle though, which does the job just as fine. A/C was working well - this was vital, as Phoenix has triple digts Fahrenheit in August EVERY DAY. When it failed one night (just before our departure), management fixed it via REMOTE - 2 hours later, everything was working again. Awesome service - I texted this as an FYI to management late in the evening, not really expecting it to get fixed before we would be leaving next day. During fixing, the ceiling fans helped out a lot. The three pools on premises are very nice and, in summer, most needed and welcomed. All 3 pools have an additional whirlpool which you can turn on for a selectable amount of time. There water in those is considerably hotter than in the normal pool. I imagine that's really an edge in the colder days in Phoenix. For smaller kids the accommodation features inflatable water toys The apartment has 3 TVs, 1 in every bedroom and one in the living room - all high up wall-mounted, so they're comfy to watch from sofa/bed. Watch out: channels are not the same on any of the 3. Also there are lots of books to peruse at leisure. The entire community is gated with a number keypad at the car entrances, while pedestrian gates are locked by key. Premises therefore is quite safe. Groceries are 2min drive, 10min walk away (Fry's).

Not pertaining to the accommodation at all, but Phoenix in summer is really hot. We had close to 110°F / 43°C on multiple days, triple Fahrenheit digits all through our 3week stay. Therefore outdoor activities tend to be performed in the early morning, before noon anyways. So we spent a lot of time in the apartment and in the pools.

Simply marvellous unit, with everything needed for a 2 wk stay!

Lovely decorative unit, with everything needed. Convenient parking and shopping. The pools and hot tubs were most enjoyable. The host was very accessible and accommodating, answering any questions and taking care of us. We stayed 2 wks and the accommodations were perfect!

It Was Fine

The condo was large and had plenty of room for a family of four. The pools were close and were heated. The hiking trails were close so we could walk to them.

The hosts were high maintenance. They emailed a list of instructions a mile long several times before our arrival. They dictated every step from what rental car company to use, how to drive there (don't dare use GPS), when to grocery shop, how to park, how soon to call in advance of the arrival and much more. Then when we arrived, they kept me on the phone while they went through another mile long list of instructions. When I had trouble finding the unit, the host said, "Well the number is on your emails". It was really difficult to find a unit number buried in the 1,000 word essay they sent. Overall, the host behaved as if they were doing us a favor by staying there. It was a little strange.

Excellent. A great place to stay if visiting Phoenix. Would definitely book here again.

The peace and quiet of this location was great for relaxing and also was close to allow access to various locations.
