Just awful

Close to beach

Everything, the lady was rude. The property wasn’t clean when we got there. There were ants everywhere, it’s like nobody cleaned. There was dishes dirty there, used razor in the shower, pizza on the floor, questionable stains on the bed. And we had to push the couch in front of the door so nobody broke in

We had a great time

Let me just say The receptionist at the desk is very sweet and answers any questions you may have. You disrespect any person and you will have the same attitude you give from anyone. We had small issue but maintenance came right away and fixed the problem. I would rent again. It is older building so if that’s not for you pay a higher price n go somewhere else everything here is expected with older buildings. We loved the closeness to the boardwalk and we had a great time here. We was a group of 9.

My family had a good stay at the Mallard.

I loved the location. The lady at the front desk was so sweet! She was very easy to talk to. I loved how the place felt like a home. There was everything you needed there. It was spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. I liked that there was a tv that had cable. Hopefully, soon there will be renovations. Nonetheless, my family and I had a great time.

The wifi did not work at all. The place is very old so it has old amenities. The apartment needs a lot of work to be done to it.

unhappy with my stay there. will never book again and I highly recommend anyone to fall for it by the price and pictures

it was close to the boardwalk

staff very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. the place inside was very dirty with sand on top of the mattress, dirty sheets, tape and dirt on the floor.

it was nice to see it again but sad to see it in its current state

location and memories

blinds were missing. did not seem clean, toilet kept leaking. seat was loose. no pots or pan or silverware they did bring a pot after we called .

We had really cruddy weather during our stay, but the apartment made it enjoyable being stuck inside

The property was clean and had been well cared for. we had sheets, blankets, towels etc. even though it said to bring our own. it was a really great layout having 2 floors and the bedrooms on separate floors.

upstairs door was very drafty letting in a lot of outside air. toilet didn’t flush properly

Great value

I loved how close it was to the beach for the money. We couldn’t find anything else in this price range this close.

The ac kept the downstairs freezing while the up stairs was hot. It was hard to find a happy medium.

The place was dirty. Holes in walls bugs screen door broken. Fridge was broken toilets were dirty.

Was not expecting a 5 star place booking here, but wasn’t expecting slum either.

The only good part was the location.

The house was really quite filthy. Ants everywhere, the bed sheets were stained, and the only bathroom had a door that did not lock.

I like that it was two bedroom and with double beds in each room. And it was at the ground floor. The staff was friendly/nice.

You have to bring your own towels. They only gave us thin linens as a blanket. The bathroom is small. Kitchen needs to be updated. We had to throw the garbage to the street garbage containers. Ot worth the price.

Located really close to the beach and boardwalk.

No blankets for the beds or towels to shower with were provided. We had to buy our own which was very hard being a tourist town. The outdoor shower was broken. Parking is terrible. Only 3 spots available for more than 3 apartments! One of the bedrooms was hot even with the AC turned to 68.

False reality

Close to boardwalk and beach, location was great.

Way dirty, cracked toilet seat, stained furniture, marks all over the walls, access to pipes wouldn’t stay closed in one bedroom, lamps in some bedrooms were just “props” for pictures as there was no outlet close enough to plug in lamp, no hair dryer, ironing board or iron as stated on description, and on the private outdoor shower there was only about 12 inches of pipe with no water source as the pipe had been cut. We didn’t go without shoes as floors were dirty.

The property was very clean and the customer service from the a Owners was AMAZING. Will stay there each time I come back to Ocean City and have already recommended others to also stay when they visit.

Not the best one for the money

Location is great.

It’s not the best place you can stay for a vacation time with family. Everything is old and outdated. The banisters in the stairs are filthy. We have to wipe it down multiple times and still dusty. The bath tub was dirty. No sheets and pillowcases. No locks in the bathroom. No towels, soaps and tissue paper. No curtains all over the house. The sofa bed was trashy, very uncomfortable and squeaking every time you move, and it shouldn’t be used as a bed, so we have to squeeze one person in on of the full beds. WIFI was not working on our whole stay. We did not have WIFI for 4 days. All things in the kitchen, are old and used. The unit will be easily flooded on a rainy day. And each unit only gets one parking, irregardless on how many people are staying in the unit. One of our friends got an itch from one of the beds. The lady manager also forgot to give me the parking pass but made it looked like she gave it to me when I asked where should we park, and asked us to walk back and forth to another building to get a “new” pass. Not worth the amount of money we paid for.

If you're looking for good location and four walls and a roof this is your place

Water pressure was strong, you're within 5 min walk from the boardwalk, location pretty excellent, wifi connection good, porch was nice, nearby parking, HVAC very good. Host accommodated to our circumstances.

Conditions of the place, place looked old, overall cleanness, facilities need maintenance and updated, specially bathroom. Some essential utilities were needed.
