Eu gostei da vista do onsen. O quarto é confortável. O jantar e o café da manhã foram maravilhosos.
Eles poderiam oferecer um serviço de shuttle para a cidade. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais amigáveis. O hotel precisa renovar o design do interior.

The location, the staff, the view and the food 10/10
A bit old and the rooms need a bit of change

We love the place, serene and have best view of mount Fuji when weather is clear.
The place also offers kaiseki dinner and hearty breakfast. Also the free private onsen for 30mins for taking photo with Mount Fuji backdrop.
Location wise a little far from the town, best is to drive to come.
The property a little old..

The onsen was AMAZING. You have a full view of the Fuji-san. I was delighted. Also every room has a view to the Fuji-san, I guess. That's so beautiful. The reason why I went there ♥

Whole room is very clean and the service is sweet and the dinner is awesome.
The location is far away from the main station .

It was a bit far from the train stations and the buses are not very reliable.

The view was fabulous overlooking Mt. Fuji and the onsen was great.
It is not accessible by public transportation

Amazing lake view with fujisan. It is not the popular lake but you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Food is delicious too! Friendly and profession staff!

meals were great, onsen with a view was super!
a bit dated. hot water takes forever in the room

Dinner was amazing! Traditional kaiseki style and every bit was excellent.
Onsen was wonderful. It's private as well which is so nice.
View from the window is gorgeous. Fuji-san was smiling at us in the morning!
Breakfast is delicious.
Staff is so kind and sweet.
We didn't have hot water (unsure if this is normal or not?) on the night we stayed, and we arrived late at night so the staff already went to bed. So we had to use hot water thermos for the shower.

The onsen and view were the biggest highlights. I love that the onsen is private where you reserve a time slot and the view from it is amazing. The meals are very delicious as well and very kind and understanding staff. It is worth a stay here just for the view of Mt Fuji.
Difficult to get to since the transit is not very reliable for time and it does not run very late.

The meals and the private bath experience were of really good value. The view from our room was excellent.
You can tell the place is very old/dated and upkeeping has been challenging. Bath ceiling has mold.

Great onsen.

Our fourth time here and we love it more every time. Incredible views and food. Amazing staff and service.

Love the hotel and the food is great, both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so choose the full board but the onsen was so nice! Dinner and breakfast was excellent and room was very comfortable! Amazing view so even though it's hard to get to I'd still highly recommend it!

amazing view and private onsen
cant get dinner if you didn’t make a reservation
when i make a reservation I asked them about dinner and they said i can order and pay at counter. but when i arrive they said i need to make it in advance

The large room with Mount Fuji view was fantastic.
Half board dinner and breakfast was great value and delicious.
The private onsen for hotel guest is highly recommended for couples and families.
The public onsen water temperature was a little too hot for comfort.
Would be good if cold drinkable water is provided for hotel guest inside the room.

Views were simply amazing (from the room, from the private onsen, and from a short walk to the lake right infront of the hotel) - Fuji was very close up and looked like it was straight out of a postcard.
Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were of a generous portion, all very traditional and tasted good. Reasonably priced. There are limited food in the area so it would be recommended to take the package with the food.
Room is basic but spacious.
It is very very difficult to get to the hotel by public transportation. The buses from kawaguchiko station runs every 2 hours, and the last bus was at 3pm ish - it is also quite difficult to identify from the station which bus stop you should wait at.
The bus back to kawaguchiko station from the hotel is the same - ie every 2 hours. I waited in front of the hotel as advised by the hotel reception, bus was late for 20 mins, and zoomed past me without stopping although I was waiting in front of the hotel. Apparently I should’ve waved to the bus, but I thought since I was at the ‘bus stop’ it should by default stop for me.
In the end, I took taxis to and back to kawaguchiko station, which made my transportation fees double the price of the stay - not very worth it.. It’s a 30 mins ride (around 18km), and cost 7000 - 8000 yen per ride. Unfortunately there are no other ways to get to the hotel, as the hotel does not arrange for transportation.. it’s probably advisable to drive a car or it can get very frustrating and upsetting to reach and leave the hotel (which might offset all the good feelings you had for the wonderful stay).
