Situació. Tranquil·litat.
L'esmorzar pobre pel que fa a fruita (només pomes verdes i taronges raquítiques) i no hi havia embotit. El tercer dia no hi havia croisants.
Un dels ascensors no funcionava i l'altre funcionava molt malament.

Room size , clean , location, everything is perfect for a budget hotel .
Not sure what the bad reviews about , even security guys were very nice and smiling.
Just need a chair in the room for the desk .

Location was perfect. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
If you book through Booking.com I would advise everyone to read the important information. They ask you for photo identification. Which is a bit of an inconvenience when you didn’t read the small print, But having stayed at the hotel I now realise its for the safety of anyone who stays in the hotel as it is in the city centre!

There were large flies in the room
Water pressure was extremely low
No cleaning at all in 3 days
Weird smell in the room

Very uncomfortable pillow

Obviously thoroughly cleaned regularly. Basic but adequate accommodation. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Fan provided if needed.
No warning that ID was also needed for my 17 year old - needs to be clearer on booking. Only one set of towels left for 2 of us. No way to keep window open overnight & it was warm. Struggled for sockets near beds

I thought it was very expensive for a one night stay £169

There was a nice selection of food at the breakfast buffet, all the staff were super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel itself was really clean and well maintained, the location was really good right in the centre and close by to everything we wanted to do!
2.9
The reception area was lovely along with the bar very clean and vibrant. Reception were helpful as we the door staff.
The rooms were very dated and there was no plug to charge your phone by the bed. The rooms were also quite hot. They were clean though

Clean and good facilities
We had a room with no windows and it was boiling even with the fan and ac on.

Größe des Zimmers, Nahverkehr in paar Minuten erreichbar.
Sehr alt, unhygienisch, wurde nicht gereinigt, Laut, Lage ist für Familien nicht geeignet! Umgebung ist eine Partymeile!

Centre of the city
The streets around the hotel are dirty, it's noisy at night and Piccadilly Gardens is full of people you want to avoid
Rooms are hot. You cannot control the airco.

Inside room no window. Room was very hot. Only complaint really.

Close to train station and the academy 2 ,big spacious room and offered an excellent full English breakfast buffet style and also Continental breakfast,
Great price for a one night stay
Bit noisy on back roads but not enough to cause any problems

I very rarely write reviews but I feel I needed to this time.
Friendly front of house staff and very helpful.
I booked a room with no window as it was only a quick overnight stay and I was in a budget.
When I got to the desk I was actually offered an upgrade for free.
The room was so clean and very comfortable, it was quiet in the evening and you had everything you needed.
I am writing this review but also want to tell
People not to believe what you was in some reviews.
If I would have believed a lot of the bad reviews I would never have even thought about staying here, but I didn’t and am so glad that I stayed here.
Too many people expect far too much for nothing, they need to get a grip With reality.
I will definitely be staying here again a couple of times over the next month and looking forward to it.
As I say I very rarely write reviews so if you are thinking of staying here I can honestly say that you should give it a try. Perfect for town as well.
It was all good

Location and price
Bar closed very early.

Scam receptions are scammers
Hotel is run by uneducated idiots at the counter who will rob you

This is just outside a louder area in an old building. Breakfast was nothing special, but OK: Not a small room. The rcepetionist was polite and kind, when I bought the breakfast he allowed me a somewhat later check-out.
Some things were quite dirty. Windows were cleaned at least 2 years ago. Just above my bed, in the ceiling there was an air changing equipment, it was so loud that I had to use ear plugs even when not in sleep. I spent here just one night, I think I slept 4-5 hours only.
2.9
Very good, plenty of food and choice
Cereal 🥣 and fruit
Plus cooked breakfast
Nothing, almost everything was perfect
Room was clean and comfortable
Bath as well as shower a big bonus

I loved the staff but I'm getting really annoyed as I've been staying at Sasha's hotel for over 2yrs and near enough every time I book a smoking room with a window and every time we get there we only then are we told that we have a smoking room but unfortunately no windows but you still don't mind charging me for a window and have no intention of telling me that infact you are charging me extra for a window room but not giving me a window room other than that it's okay

I've stayed there before and it was very good.

Politness and professionalism of the concierge.
The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. The kettle was new. There were plenty of sockets to charge mobile phones.
The room was overheated and I could not get it to a cooler temperature. The water tap in the bath came apart so I couldn't have a shower. There was no toilet brush. Of the two lifts one was out of order, it took a very long time for the lift to arrive. Security guards controlling the doors in the evening with a list of guests made it look like a hostile place.
2.9
The location is perfect.
Facilities are pretty old. You can get stuck in line on the reception. Magnetic card easily erases from the mobile near it. Pretty hot in the room without windows, even so there are a conditioner working.
2.9
Location was fantastic, looked like a historic picture house, lovely, breakfast was lovely
One of the lifts was out of order, vending machine broken and a can of Coke £2 in the bar!
2.9
Just the location.
Broken windows in the room and faulty shower.
Did reported and no one cared.
And the attitude I got after i reported the issues the room was beyond belief.
This was by far the worst place I ever stayed.

No common area? No place to sit down beyond a bar that is open 6 hours every 24 hours. I love accessing the free in the lobby only WiFi while sitting on the floor. They claim that people who weren’t staying there were vagrants, utilizing the lobby common areas so they had to get rid of the chairs, etc?!?! Now you have paying guests sitting on floors, looking like vagrants! The lack of seating which is a very basic comfort when you stay at a hotel is exemplary of how much management care about their guests. Oh, and they aren’t even able to give you ice in the 18 hours the bar is closed? This will never be “your home away from home.”
