Very friendly and helpful staff and manager who helped us organised our tours in short notice.
A bit noisy on Monday morning, not sure whether it came from outside or internal staff moving stuff around.

the staff was polite and generally really nice. the hotel has a top location.
1) the second day breakfast was for sure “premade” Eg the coffee was cold and waffles were cold…
2) windows really bad isolated so a lot of noise from the street
3) the bath tub didn’t work
4) air condition was also out of order

location + facility + breakfast
if anyone is booking here please give your deposit money in cash otherwise say goodbye to your deposit money because mine is taken and they did not return it to me till now and that is disappointing for a five star hotel to do that this way.

To us this is a charming hotel off a side street close to a High Street of shopping in Rome and close to everything. We liked the location and the size of our Spa Suite a lot.
The a la carte breakfast, though included in the price of the room, is awkwardly presented and out of touch for what one expects in Italy, where almost every place that is 3 Star or Higher offers a buffet breakfast. The food itself was fine, but when all you want is a little coffee, pastries, fruit, and cheese --as one would get at a buffet-- and large plates arrive after taking a while--one is left frustrated more than happy at breakfast. It appears as though space is the reason for this --it's a small dining area-- but it was the most disappointing part of our stay. We went to a local cafe for 2/3 of our nights after this experience.
Moreover, the staff is cordial and were all nice, but also appeared to be slightly awkward and trying to be too "5 Star" vs. simply kind and approachable. Good have been a bad few days for some people, but we were left scratching our heads a few times and wondering if we asked for things that we should not (Like help with a dining reservation...) and made to feel like we were putting upon those who worked there.

The rooms where confortable and agreable. The staff was kind. The arts are beautiful
A number of things were more at the 4 stars standard than 5: storage space in the rooms was pretty small; quality of ingredients for breakfast was just average (supermarket like tomatoes…); the sauna in our room couldn’t go beyond 38 degrees in the maximum allowed time

the shower is very good. The interior decoration of the hallways with art is nice. The patio for breakfast. The lady who served breakfast was very kind and helpful.
1) Rooms are very small, not as shown on pictures. 2) When we arrived at the hotel (1pm) doors were closed and there was no one to help with the luggage. We weren’t sure if that was the main entrance or not. Finally we located the door bell and somebody came to help. 3) Only one person for check in and he had to answer the phone continuously, so the process took more than 20 minutes. 4) When we arrived at the room; there was a terrible smell, like if we were in the sewers. The person who brought the luggage knew perfectly well where the smell was coming from, so it wasnt the first time it happened. Another person came to throw 10 chlorine pills into the drain, and we had to keep the windows open for 2 hours until the smell leveled down, but never completely. The staff blamed Rome’s sewers when it rains, but ive been several times to Rome and this never happened. We had smell in the bathroom for the whole stay. 5) The room walls are not soundproof at all. Our room was beside the service lift (what 5 star hotel offers a room beside the service elevator??), so everyday at 7am we woke up with the banging of the housekeeping staff. 6) We asked 3 times for dinner reservations, two of them were very poor places, and the third time they didnt even book anything, so they had to improvise. 7) We stayed 4 nights, and 2 of those nights both our keys malfunctioned, so we couldnt access our room. 8) And finally, the main entrance of the hotel is in an alley that looks abandoned. This is not the hotel’s fault, but its not nice to get there at night.
All in all, not a good experience at all. Did we received any compensation for all this VERY POOR SERVICE? Nothing at all.

Design of the hotel, fantastic art objects around.
Spacious room with big place for clothes and luggage. Nice bathrobes and bug soft towels.
Breakfast. With few tables occupied, 4 persons to serve the waiting time for menu was 20min
They explain, that self-service is not in use because it is out of fashion. I think it is nonsense and make things complicated. You cannot chose things you like and the bring you whatever, which has to be thrown away later
And booking taxes is dramatic in hotel even if you book it beforehand. We were nearly late for our trip.

The whole experience of this hotel was truly amazing. The entire staff were so accommodating and helpful. Any questions I had they would go above and beyond in sorting something out for me. The food recommendation they gave were fantastic also. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Also the breakfast was fantastic too.
There was nothing I could complain about.

The staff were outstanding! We have stayed there on four separate bookings, and always have been made to feel welcome by the entire staff. The location is excellent! Easy to walk to most of the shopping and sights in Rome.
The room had a window air conditioning unit which required that the curtains remain open at night in order to cool the room.
