Ik zal hier nooit weer een kamer boeken

er werd gebeld dat ik mijn ipad was vergeten

Wc Bril zat los, Lekkende kranen, Bad loopt leeg met stop erin waardoor je telkens water bij moet vullen, Veel lawaai van buiten tot 13.30. maar het raam kan niet dicht vanwege hitte. 2e of 3e traptrede van onderen staat scheef. een persoon kan lelijk vallen als hij dit niet weet en zich verstapt Dit is vooral gevaarlijk voor ouderen. Koelkast op de kamer welke veel lawaai maakt. Ik heb s'nachts de stekker eruit getrokken. Chagarijnige persoon achter de balie. Onderhoud is zeer achterstallig

Мой номер выходил на крышу соседнего здания и к сожалению ночью ко мне забрался кот. Сами номера очень душные и потому был выбор либо страдать от духоты, либо впускать кота.

OK facilities; stairs difficult for the elderly; staff indifferent and at times rude.

The room was nice, clean and located on the quiet side of the premises; and very nicely located in Leiden. Easy to reach from Leiden Central station.

No elevator, rather steep stairs, and altogether difficult to access for elderly and disabled (don't even think of going there, if you are in that category). The staff most of the time was unpleasantly indifferent, sometimes downright rude and altogether not very helpful.

Best affordable place to stay in Leiden

The room was big and had a fridge and coffee and tea bar, which was refilled every day. The bathroom was big and clean towels were given every day. You could sit outside inside once in the hotel, and there was a separate place for smoking. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city.

Absolutely nothing. Best hotel we have stayed in during our visits to Europe.

The location was very good. It is close to the station and city center.

Parts of the building are in need of renovation. For the room rate adequate wifi should be provided. There was wifi, but it was too slow to work.

Too expensive for what is being offered

Location, within walking distance to central station and city centre

Place is a bit shabby. Furniture was covered with dust, causing respiratory problem during night. No breakfast offered.

Well worth considering.

Great location and interesting hotel. Spacious rooms. Great.

Bathroom sink trap was obviously blocked - water very slow to drain away. these should be thoroughly cleaned twice a year.

Great view from my window, frequent and thorough cleaning of my spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent location for walks in the old town but still close to the station.

The internet connection was not always strong enough for Zoom meetings. A hairdryer in the room would have been useful. Some of the broken tiles in the bathroom should be replaced.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it's a well-maintained old building. The rooms were clean.

Wifi/internet connection Although they provided a good speed internet in the lobby, the signal was too weak in my room (2nd floor)

Not great, would not recommend.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was relatively clean

The price is way too high for what is offered, the wifi only worked in one specific spot in the bathroom and the room was freezing cold with no way to turn up the heat.

The location, it was close to all the sights I wanted to see. Room was comfortable with coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not offering breakfast, however being November there were very few guests in the hotel. There were plenty of cafes nearby where you could get breakfast.

You can take it, if you are not stay in the room long and you can live with no amenities.

I would say fair, but everything in Leiden seems expensive. And for the quality offered I think it is expensive. In Turin a 3 star hotel costs less and offers definitely more. Location was great; room was very large and clean; you get to keep the key since after a certain time nobody is attending the desk. But the facility is a little bit too 'family managed'. Stairs had no light; no electric socket in the bathroom; no elevator and steep stairs; you need to go out on the roof to go to the rooms. So... a bit too 'fancy' for the price, in my opinion.

The price for the offered service ( I wouldn't expect more than 65-70 euros for such an place). Staff is hardly present. Amenities were very limited.
