The location was good - a short walk into the city centre
The bed linen and towels were clean and decent quality
No breakfast! I was told it would be served in the main part of the building in the dining room. In the morning the house was locked, no one was there and when I rang the number on the door they said there is no breakfast 🤷🏻♀️ £200 for 1 person for a bed and no breakfast...?
The room was fine but the rest of the property looks abandoned from the outside. Rubbish everywhere and completely unkempt.
No staff, no method of communication, no one to help or resolve issues. I messaged in advance with a couple of queries and got a bot that responded - not answering my questions.
Two parking spaces behind the building - no signposting so I drove around for 10 mins finding somewhere to park so that I could check in and be shown. This info could be included in the booking info to make life easier.
I've message and called since to address the issues regarding breakfast but no one has responded.
This road is full of B&B's - use a different one!!

Not too much except that it was two tiny bedrooms. Location was quite central.
The bathroom was far too small and stuff from previous tenants was still in some corners of the rooms. Smell was awful.
3.4
Close to enough to walk into Bath City centre
Shower was rubbish. Kept going hot and cold, and loosing pressure

The only thing we liked was the location as we could walk to most sites
The Room was tiny and freezing cold. When we arrived the windows were open and being winter room was freezing, heaters were on a timer so could not warm room. The bathroom was full of mosquitoes and there was mould on window sill in shower and on ceiling. When we booked a breakfast was meant to be included and there was parking, there was no breakfast at all and owner had no intention of any reimbursement. The booking was also made as it stated parking available only to be told this was an extra cost.

Location was great, close to the City Centre, good explanation of parking and how to get to the B&B.
The bathroom was not clean. the shower head didn't stay in its holder so had to resort to using the bath which had hair in it.
The room was poor for the cost, but really considering you can get a Z room hotel for similar price. Would rather stay in a Youth Hostel next time.
3.4
Nothing, it was awful.
Breakfast was not provided. No staff present, room round the back of house, not connected to the rest. Freezing on arrival due to no heating. Not as pictures on booking.com, won't be booking with them again until I receive a refund. This was £160 for a night in something worse than a y youth hostel.

Good location
Was told there was plenty of parking but on arrival discovered the TWO parking spaces were full!
Room was on the top floor and was incredibly hot! The advertised garden view was a joke.

Location, rooms, and parking
No hairdryer and no staff on site to ask if possible to borrow. Continental breakfast good but basic. Could do with individual marmalade etc as you don't know what's been in the jar etc before you. 2 cereals, 1 muesli plus only pain au chocolat left, someone else taken all croissants even though we went down at 8 as directed.

The location was very handy to get to the city centre and places of interest
There were a lot of things wrong with this property. Broken windows which could not be closed, missing items in the room (fridge), not very clean room, chaotic communication with OYO and the property, disappointing breakfast. The list goes on.
3.4
Nothing. It was appalling.
Run down, dirty, unwelcoming

Cost
Room was very small and we could only stand up in part if the room.

It was clean, comfortable and central to the centre

On the first night I didn’t like anything about the property.
The second night we were offered a nicer room within the house and that was better. However I don’t know why we weren’t offered a nicer room when we arrived. Especially as there was only one other couple staying who had also refused to take the room we got on the first night.
It was dirty, there was rubbish lying around the front yard as we entered the property. We were led up a very narrow path to the back of the building where there was a dilapidated garden shed and we were shown to a room adjoining the old shed. The bathroom was like a broom closet and this was our accommodation.

there was very little to like, pictures on net very miss leading and our bed collapsed through our first nights stay. You could see were it had been repaired before and was poorly fixed. I emailed 3 times in regards to getting someone out to repair the bed and even asked if there was another room to use for our last night, but had no response at all so we spent the night on the floor. Obviously they new about the bed as to why we had no answer. Would never recommend this place and will make sure I give an honest review on this place.
Better response in regards to broken bed and more honest information on booking.com site as it is very miss leading. It needs to be a lot better to be classed as accommodation, to me it is more for the homeless.

The property was quirky and well located. The room was adequate and breakfast was supplied on a help yourself basis. All ok.
There was a lack of attention to small details.
3.4
It was very nice
Good place near to centre

Our stay here was very comfortable and the location is perfect. The citys main car park is very close to the hotel too which was convienient. We were welcomed by Kelly who was very friendly and helped to accommodate all requests that we had without any hesitation.

A 5 minute walk into Bath.
Room 2 was a ground floor room out the back. It is small, with a dated bathroom. The washing on the line set the light sensors off all night and the bin bags gathered 2 meters from our door were attracting visitors.

Great location, friendly staff
The bed, I found the mattresses of a poor quality, disappointed with the breakfast, everything very cheapy and very limited options, we paid £90 for a room and breakfast, definitely overrated!

The location was great. The beds were mostly comfortable and clean. The host was super friendly and nice.
It was very expensive and the breakfast was awful. Only filtered coffee, no fresh bread, croissants in a sealed plastic bag( 7 days croissant).
3.4
The location it was easy to get into the city centre and the book in proccess worked well, bags were stored after checkout so could enjoy the day in the centre. The bus stop from the park and ride on the outskirts was close.
Very dated, was a little dark and dingy and the hall ways smelt a bit dank, breakfast was very basic, the one night stay was very expensive based on this accommodation.

While entering the property at 5 p.m. we were met with the owner on the phone loudly complaining to someone about a scam/fraude. After the telephone call he explained that payments that were already made were null but to be able to stay in the room we had to pay for the night again because of said "scam/fraude". I paid extra to be able to park behind the property for 24 hours like explained on their booking.com platform. I asked the lady working there (cleaning the rooms etc.) during checkout if it was ok that the car was still on the lot, as my 24 hours had not passed, this was a polite question I thought, she answered that this was ok. On my return, my car was blocked in while there was another spot available next to my car. The owner had his complaints about my late return (it was well within my 24 hour period). I was glad to be leaving and it did ruin my mood while staying in the beautiful city of Bath.

A very big thank you to the owner Carmino for making our stay exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. We checked in late around 10.30pm and he waited to greet us personally! The family room was spacious and clean! Will def stay here again.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

Room was a bit small

Meet the owner Carmen on our arrival, helpful polite and friendly. Continental breakfast really good and my son loved it. My son is now requesting hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
Mattress was a little to hard for me. Could have done with a plug in the sink as like to have a strip wash before bed...
3.4
Location good close to centre.
Property could do with being updated.
3.4
Although on the edge of the centre, the location was good for all who could manage a bit of a walk - we could. The breakfast is basic but fine and the car parking very useful if needed.
The room was a bit small for the price but Bath is an expensive location. We intended to spend most of our time exploring the city and surrounds so this was not a big problem for us.
