L’emplacement est idéal, proche de métro et de restaurants.
Quelques traces sur les murs blancs et des traces de mains d’enfant sur une des portes
4.1
It is accessible and the room wqs really nice. The English of the staff isn’t great, but they are very helpful and kind. There is also a really nice coffee/pastry cafe around the corner. The metro stop close by meant you could get around really easily. I would highly recommend this.
Staffs English isn’t great. But they’re very willing, helpful and kind.
4.1
The location was good.
The room was spacious and had a nice massage chair.
Staff service won’t speak good English which is like a trend in Korea they just speak not even the basics which is just insane.
The room was ok when I asked them to clean it properly.

loved the vibe of the room. very unique and the room was of a comfortable size which was nice. The location is close to buses and trains. In addition, the train line close by is line 2 which is on the same line as Hongdae which was great for access
The elevator and corridors of the hotel feel a bit outdated and given the theme of the hotel can feel a bit eerie at night

Really liked the room, the shower was the best, aircon nice and cool, bed was really comfortable. Location is great, just 5 minutes from Dangsan Station.dont be put off because it isn't in the centre of Myeongdong or anything. If you like to experience a local korean areas that aren't just a tourist trap then this is great. Lots of restaurants, etc near by. Staff speak a small amount of English so you may need to use Google translator or something if you have any queries.
Not a huge fan of the see through toilet door. Not sure what the trend is with this is Korea. It's a bit weird.

Clean room with well equipped stuffs
The light in bathroom will turn off after sometimes

Room is very nice design and lighting design I like it too. I like the bathtub and separately bathroom and the shower room. Water pressure is awesome. location. It's a super convenience. I have the Sudbury line 2 and the subway line 9. Easy transport to many locations.
Like to have some late night food options if possible to offer.
4.1
The location was convenient because it is walking distance from stores, restaurants, and the subway station. The hotel offers complimentary laundry service, which exceeded my expectations on how quick they wash your clothing. The hotel room had a laundry bag, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and a toothbrush complimentary in case you forget anything while traveling. The staff is very friendly and speak English well. The hotel felt safe and the surrounding area was safe to walk around day or night.
Across the street there were dogs that bark at night or in the morning. After awhile, I got used to the noise. Other than that small annoyance, there is nothing bad to say about this hotel or my experience.
4.1
big room and comfortable bed, great bathtub and located next to lots of restaurants
rooms are hollow so easy to hear other guests, especially the ones above me who were making noise past midnight…also there is construction beside the hotel so the road is currently uneven and hard to roll luggage
4.1
Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean and spacious. Easy access and transportation, close to Metro and bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Some power plug in the room don't work and hard to operate the air conditioner. There is construction ongoing next to the hotel but the noise is acceptable.
4.1
The parking area is small, but the attendant was very efficient. The parking was free. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and convenient stores in near vicinity.
The facility is "dated". The room lacked many basic items such as a closet, mirror, safe, etc. etc. that are expected in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable, but the room was dimly lit. Two round steel columns in the middle of the room are a hazard going to the restroom in middle of night. The facility has no formal dining room, and the only street bar they have was closed. The driving traffic in and out of the hotel is a bit of a challenge. There is a major construction going on immediately adjacent to the hotel and the noise started form 5:00 AM. In addition, the other side was abutting a residential house with barking dogs. The overall noise level was poor.

It was very comfortable, and it had an amazing massage chair we didn't expect.

Great design, comfortable bed and staff very kind
No switch for the bathroom next to it.
Could hear the water running through the pipes when upper floor were using their bathroom.
Overall lights too dark

central location near subway. Staff very friendly and managed well our language barrier. Rooms were good size and well serviced , very comfortable with a/c.
drinks and food service not evident and not available any time we checked but high availability locally near hotel.

Big and cozy place compared to price and having a pool
Sink Water smells really bad

The jacuzzi is what made my stay memorable. The stuff were very friendly and welcoming too.
I stayed in the penthouse suite. The lighting could've been brighter both inside and outside. Kitchen didn't have certain cutlery like a knife and also the scissors were broken. No espresso machine even though it said the suite would have it.

staff is kind and great room

The rooms were really nice!
4.1
The room was massive, extremely clean, and comfortable! A little dust here and there, but nothing too bothersome. Comfy bed, AMAZING bath tub. It was very clean and felt like a palace for me. Perfect location if you like the Yeongdeungpo area!
Each room has their own wifi point. However, it's slow... it seemed like somebody was using the same wifi point for my room? I got so bad, I used my own phone data for my laptop because the internet wasn't loading anything. I wish the property had passwords for every wifi point because it's VERY insecure.

Jacuzzi hot tub in-room, tub, shower were wonderful
No option to use AC during winter months

The hot tub in the pent suite was the highlight. The sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable. Wish i could've stayed for a extra night. Even though the stuff couldn't speak much english they were very accommodating. Thank you
Freezer could do with some cleaning but minor

The location was excellent as it was close to line number 9 for quick and convenient access to the express line. As for the room, it was spacious with a modern design and an enormous jacuzzi that had its own designated room. The shower pressure was strong and the bed was comfortable.
The floor heating unfortunately was turned off overnight which was unfortunate because it made it slightly uncomfortable due to the cold. If the floor heating was turned on overnight and there was not some construction noise/garbage disposal noise outside I would've given it a higher rating.

really clean
nothing this hotel was perfect

I loved the bed and the bath even more on my second stay. Also, the staff gives excellent service.
The jacuzzi wasn't as clean as expected.
