Bed Bugs

The staff were kind

BED BUGS. Very dirty in room and common space. Found bed bugs and had to leave early.

Freshly owner and Comfy bed which allowed me to sleep well but let down by condition of parts of the property and cleanl

Bed was comfy and bedding was clean

Wasn’t very clean else where unfortunately. Shower curtain had black mould on it, there was a cockroach in the room and the rest of the building was pretty rundown. Water from tap was also dirty and smelt, no hot water either. Picture shows the stain left behind on my toiletry bag after it got wet from water out of the tap. Outside was also very rough and not very nice to look at.

Fast efficient service.....Was on a work trip just needed a shower and bed....Big ups to the bro on reception no hassles!!!Checked in 5mins later in the room. They also got a good air con system AWESOME!!

Alright with our stay

We had space to relax, rest, shower and sleep. Before we carry-on with to next destination.

Hoped to make a cup of tea had a jug but no cups, tea bags or milk.

It was great, got a free upgrade to a bigger room for me and my children 😊

The T.V didn't work in the room but was working in the common area, my husband went to tell reception and was told it was the satellite. Hmmmm don't think so seeing as the public area T.V was working.

This place shouldn't be on booking.com. Dirt and mold on walls and holes stuffed with toilet paper. The ceiling was hanging down in one area and had stained bedding. I had to leave and book elsewhere. The staff also wouldn't refund me when I said it was soo bad I wasn't staying. I am yet to receive a refund and it made no difference after speaking to booking.com customer services

Location & outlook was nice. Bathroom was good.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. However nice big kitchen along the hall. This should have been stated on the blurb. More pillows would have been nice

Very good

The staff tried hard to please in all areas. The rooms were adequate. The common areas - lounge, dining room, kitchen were good.

The communal kitchen could have been so much better. Little things like having paper towel available, clean tea-towells, Spray&Wipe would have made it much nicer.

Our room was clean and tidy.

Very disappointed we arrived and they said they had no booking for us which was not a good start the outdoor deck and lawns very untidy.We do not rate it value for money and would not consider staying there again.

it was one of the few places available . staff were kind.

poorly maintained with limited facilities. Fridge not switched on, cooker job but no cooking equipment in the room (shared kitchen available.) Kettle but no milk or tea (tea only available in main kitchen.
