great property
great location
10.0 / 10.0
Wonderful location, stocked with what we needed and the beds were comfortable. Getting up the stairs felt hazardous the first time! But those staying on the top floor got used to it and the view from the rooftop balcony of the old mill district was beautiful at night.

This is a great townhome - location is close to downtown, the river, and the Old Mill District. Having a garage was key - no worries about parking and we were able to bring all of our toys. It was also fun to find bikes and tubes for the river in the garage! Kitchen was well appointed and bed/bath linens were clean and good quality. Only thing people should know is there are a lot of stairs.

Great condo, great location for floating the river and seeing concerts. The garage was very dirty, the balconies were very dirty, carpet needs to be replaced.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed in this area several times at a hotel and we were happy to find this condo for more space than a hotel.
So many places to walk to for eating. Nearby grocery and the center of town is just a short walk away.

We love this place. The location is perfect for finding great food/coffee. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well stocked. I love that we could park in the garage--helpful when coming home after a day on the mountain. And they have an awesome guidebook full of suggestions for places to eat and visit.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. It’s close to so much! We walked over to get food & drinks, walked downtown, even walked 5 min back from the river after tubing down. We didn’t realize they had bikes, tubing rafts & inflatable paddle boards & brought our own. (Rafts we’re the good ones— same as what we brought.) They also had packable concert chairs. The whole place looks exactly like the pictures show. The kitchen is drool-worthy with high end Viking oven, fridge & microwave. This kitchen is fully stocked with not just the basics but big cutting boards, good knives (great for the charcuterie we made) but also a toaster, crock pot, meat thermometer for when you use the grill (we did!!) and lots of plates & cups! *enough that we didn’t have to do dishes after each meal like some places!!! It was refreshing to have a rental with cable! (Sometimes you don’t want to deal w/ roku! I like to watch local news to get the weather report.) Beds & pillows get 4 stars (pretty good for a rental!) The windows did a pretty good job of keeping the wildfire smoke smell out which was pretty intense in the AM. But couldn’t keep the sound of the recycle truck’s visit at 3:45 AM out. I never heard ANY sound transference from any of the neighbors and other than 1st floor bedroom hearing when the 2nd floor toilet was flushed never heard any sounds. (We stayed in 2nd floor bedroom & went to bed while other couple was still watching tv in the living room. Once our door was closed we couldn’t hear them at all.)
Cons: due to the high ceiling in the beautiful living room the AC is a little wonky (but not horrible- it was 102 one of the days we were there & it was never warm in there, just seemed like it was struggling to keep up), the couch is the one in the photo, but due to much use by renters it is starting to get a little shabby & gives you a good ab work out getting out of it. Most of the remotes needed fresh batteries & we had to switch batteries from 1 remote to another just to be able to turn in tv, turn on sound bar, then change channels. Nothing horrible, just a bit of a pain.
There was an issue with the pin pad code we were given. Upon arrival we had to wait on hold for 45 minutes before we hung up & called the new reservation line just to be able to talk to a human. Sadly this was the 102 degree day & we were standing outside in the heat with all of our luggage waiting to get in. Finally human #3 was able to remotely reset the code & we were in! **Luckily we were only steps away from food & drinks so we set our things down & headed out to dinner! We had a great time & enjoyed our stay at this elegant rental.

Nice layout in a great location. Really nice kitchen setup. Furniture and rug pretty worn out, and kind of dirty. Biggest complaint was neighbor house party that went on until 2am our first night! Texted property manager several times but not really much help. Should have just called the cops

We enjoyed the property and the location.
However I was not pleased by the customer service; we wanted a late checkout but we were denied rudely and there was a notable lack of understanding.

We had a brief, but wonderful stay in this rental. Every feature was perfect, great kitchen, fantastic bedrooms. We hope to be in Bend again soon, and hope this rental will be available when we are there, would love to stay here again.

The unit could have been cleaner considering the high cleaning fee. The pots and pans were dirty and required re-washing before use. The chairs and couch were dirty and covered in hair.
The location of the unit was great. It was close to the food carts, Market of Choice the the Hayden Homes Amphitheater which was really nice.
The booking fee, cleaning fee and local taxes were very high. They totaled more than what 1 night cost for the unit. Not to mention the check in time wasn't until 4pm and check out time was 10am.
I would not rent this unit again.

My husband and I stayed in the luxury condo in late July. Unfortunately, we were there during Bend’s serious heat wave, but the condo was a beautiful, cool place to retreat. We loved the location- so close to the river, great restaurants, and a wonderful food cart pod just down the street. Great place!

Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable and clean. We walked to coffee and food every morning. The river, parks and walking trails are also only a couple blocks away. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the front deck over the street. And watched the sunset from the roof deck. All restaurants and events we wanted to go to, beyond the ones within walking distance, were only a 5-10 drive from the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect! The home itself was great— perfectly clean, really cute decor. had a problem with the door lock (our error!) and they responded within seconds to our questions. Made our stay in Bend so enjoyable!

We loved the town of Bend and this was a great place to stay. We liked being able to walk to river and also used the bikes and paddle boards. The welcome book from the owners is very helpful and had great suggestions. We made lots of day trips for hiking. Only complaints were, as mentioned previously, the entry code was wrong and our groceries were melting while we waited for help from Vacasa. There were some sort of bugs flying around in the living room but they didn’t really bother us so we just coexisted with them. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.

The home was beautiful and close to the amphitheater as well as downtown. We rented it to go to the Kenny Chesney concert and could walk everywhere we went.
The condo is absolutely beautiful. All of the appliances were high-end and sitting on the decks was very relaxing.
We loved it!

My daughter and I vacationed here for the first time and we absolutely loved it. We could walk downtown and have a nice dinner , or there are breweries and casual food nearby. It is really close to the river trail and the amphitheater, shopping , sisters coffee , grocery stores . The beds are very comfortable, the master bathtub is huge with a great view if there is a full moon. The rooftop deck is great the only complaint I have is your record player didn’t work . I love listening to vinyl . I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but it has an issue .

Check in information and code was wrong. Main floor bathroom door will not close. AC makes such a racket a good night sleep is not possible. Would not recommend or re-book.

We loved this rental. Really great location and cool place. The only issue was getting in. The key code they sent us was wrong and we were in a huge rush to get to a wedding. Besides that definitely would stay again m!

This house was perfect for 4 girlfriends to getaway. There were 2 bedrooms that we used and one had king bed and the other a twin and queen and they were all very comfortable. Great family room area with a balcony and also a rooftop that was perfect for happy hour. The only down side was that the code didn’t work when we got there but after a phone call to management they were able to change it and get us in. The only other thing we commented on was that the carpet in the living area seemed worn so that could use replacing, everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in a great location !

Great Location - Lots of Stairs :)
Our flight plans got messed up and we decided to take a -very- last minute trip to Bend instead. We found this place and it was great! Easy walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, etc.
The property itself is 3-4 stories tall, so there are a lot of steps to get from the street to the bedroom, as well as a spiral staircase to the top floor. We didn’t mind at all, but it’s worth mentioning.
The house was well furnished, with lots of extras available at no extra charge (bikes, paddle boards, games, etc). The shower and soaker tub were amazing! The kitchen had a great selection of utensils and the appliances were top notch (I managed to cook breakfast a couple of times).
The one gripe we had, which wasn’t even related to the property itself, was the check-in process. I received 2 or 3 emails with different codes. I called to confirm, and even with talking to someone on the phone I couldn’t get accurate info on which code to use. When we got to the property, the instructions on how to unlock the door weren’t accurate. One of the codes we received ended up working, but it took us a few minutes to figure out the door. It was very easy to use once we figured it out and certainly shouldn’t be a dealbreaker to anyone considering this beautiful home.

Perfect location
We have been here before. . .and we will return! Walk to many parks, breweries, and shops. We usually ride bikes everywhere in Bend, but on this trip we walked more. Super fun. Don’t miss Crux, Crosscut, Chow, and Boss Rambler. Drake was perfect for a special occasion! Vacasa provides a professional, very clean experience. The mattress in the 2d bedroom was bad, but I believe they were ready to change it out. Great spot!

Loved this place - great location!
I almost don’t want to say how awesome this place was so it’s available the next time we want to come! A great location & house for a girls weekend - walked everywhere we wanted to go. House was perfect for our needs, plenty of space, great amenities and that top story deck was fantastic. Matt was available for anything we needed and we appreciated his prompt communication when we had a question. A beautifully & fun decorated home! We will definitely stay again!

Nice clean walk-up
We had a great stay! The condo was well appointed and had all that we needed. Just a quick walk to the Mill District and amphitheater. The only hiccup we had was the lock code that was emailed and texted to us did not work, so we had to call for assistance. The customer service rep at Vacasa quickly had us in the condo and carrying on with our trip! Would recommend.

Perfect Location
This home was beautifully appointed and in the perfect location. Downtown and Old Mill were both completely walkable. We were right next door to The Box Factory that was full of great bars, tasting rooms, breweries and an excellent organic coffee shop. The food trucks just one block away were a delight. Absolutely love this home and would definitely rent it again. My only suggestion would be to add at least 1 full length mirror as we were a house full of women and would have definitely appreciated it. Also when we arrived the fridge was open and warm (likely a simple oversight by cleaning staff) and it took nearly 12 hours to get cold enough to preserve our food. Not too big of a deal as we did have a small cooler. All in all we moms had a wonderful 3 nights away from our kids and will definitely be back. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thank you!!!
