The visit was it not worth the money spend.

The staff at the side was very helpful and especially the breakfast service was excellent performed by the two ladies in charge.

All infrastructure was poor, the cleaniness of the carpets in the floors was miserable. The heat pump in my room was not performing very well, so I could not manage my work and had to move in the lobby area where lots of guests and noise made it difficult to organize my tasks.

Just my opinion

Sam is always so amazing!! So is Brenda the GM. The breakfast is pretty good and accommodating for most of the guests. I don't know or remember the other names of the staff that were there that I communicated with, sorry guys.

The housekeeping staff gossips in the hallway by the elevator on the 4th floor is what I have experienced with the past several times I've stayed there.

Definitely worth the money

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 3 years & when ever I run into an issue & bring it to the attention of the staff they are on top of it regardless of what it is . Sam is beyond amazing. Brenda the GM is pretty cool & very accommodating IF the situation allows her to be. Sondra (sorry if I got her name wrong) worked the 3rd shift 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, she was very respectful and professional. The breakfast is very good. The variety is pretty accommodating to everyone.

Denise is extremely unprofessional and in my opinion needs to go. Why would you want someone who's on there phone at work gossiping about someone that's standing right next to her while they are doing their job very professionally I might add. Sam is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise. The housekeeping staff is good at cleaning, but they like to gossip by the elevator and in the hallway before check out (11:00 am) & some just drag there feet getting the job done.

Very nice Hotel, the staff is extraordinary helpful , thanks for the late check out and the nice hospitality ✌️in the room is everything you need and the breakfast is really good 👍 Fresh fruits, delicious eggs and omelette and plenty of other choices! All in great quality, thanks for the Greek Joghurts, my favorite! Just one thing, PLEASE reduce the plastic at your breakfast, no need for plastic dishes in these days , America 🇺🇸 could reduce millions of tons of plastic and garbage , we’re living in a time where we need to safe our planet and oceans 💪😉

Nice quiet hotel close to the Ford Museum.

The hotel was close to The Ford Museum. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Alles super

Hier hat alles gepasst. Der Empfang war sehr freundlichen hilfsbereit.Unser Zimmer war recht groß, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und alles wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Kaffee bekam man 24/ Hours. Wir haben uns im Holiday Inn sehr wohlgefühlt. Zum ´The Henry Ford Komplex ´sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Wenn es etwas vielleicht gegeben hat, was nicht ganz optimal war, dann war es das übliche Plastikbesteck und der daraus entstehende Müll.

Quarto amplo e confortável. Para um Holiday Inn Express está muito acima de um hotel de categoria superior. Ficámos apenas 1 noite. Mas volterei caso necessário. O pequeno almoço buffet é muito bom, abundante e com vaiedade suficiente para todos os gostos. Zona tranquila e calma. Estacionamento grátis para hóspedes

Could have been better

Most of the staff was really amazing very helpful the hotel is nice. The decor at the front is beautiful.

The lady who checked us in when I told her that the chair in our room was dirty she told me to wheel it into the hallway and the chair was not replaced. The lining on the sink was nasty and had brown stuff coming every time you pour water. The bathroom was just generally dirty.

Toilet not working in room, entry/hallway lights didn’t work either, front desk lady on drugs or something, kept falling asleep while on the phone before she helped us…weird.

Very friendly staff were as accommodating as possible. Rooms are spacious and we'll equipped (fridge, microwave, toiletries, comfortable beds). Large variety at the included breakfast. 10 minute drive to Henry Ford museums, 20 minutes to downtown Detroit.

Exhausted

The room was clean , and very organized!

We came back by around 11 , and the room right above is was outrageously loud, and then on top of that their was a fight that broke out between what was obviously a couple, they were not quite or discreet , this went on till one am , and I told the staff in the morning that I was not happy with how it all got handled. They said they new and they where sorry! Sorry doesn’t cover how exhausted I was for my drive home today!!! I paid good money to stay here and I’m disappointed in the one thing I didn’t get out of it was a good nights sleep or any at all!
