I love the pool!! The staff was very quick to help us whenever there was an issue. The kitchen was amazing! I loved that there were bikes available for us to use so that we can ride into town! The house was very comfortable for our stay! Lupita was very helpful and always there when we needed to go anywhere.
I wish there were more mirrors around the house instead of just in the bathrooms. This might come off and me being conceited but hey, I love a full body mirror for pictures!

Just stayed in this villa and we had such a peaceful time ! What a nice house in the middle of the jungle. You'll definitely need a car but if you want to escape from the craziness of Tulum you're gonna love it
The owners were super reactive and understanding, 5* service. Will go again. Actually I already booked another house from the same owners !

Upon arriving in Mexico, we had transportation already waiting for us.
We traveled for a girls trip to Meso Maya in Tulum. We were in separate
terminals and they were able to get us all transportation at such a
great rate (if evenly split between your group). We were able to stop at
their local supermarket. We found just about everything you can think of
to cook in the kitchen. Franky was there waiting for us with keys in
hand for a walk through of the home and to show us how to lock the house
up. Claudio was able to get us a taxi at any time which was certainly
convenient. Lupita was always a text message away. No matter what time I
would call or text, I always got a response with a suggestion or
solution. My airline lost my luggage and she immediately took over with
getting his information and directing him to the house to get my bag
back the same night. It was such a relief. Anything that went wrong
during the stay, was immediately fixed. The house was spacious
especially for small groups. The separate loft area was great for group
activities. Each room has an en suite bathroom which was amazing so that
no one ever felt like there wasn't enough space to get ready or use
the bathroom. There is an electrical fence that surrounds the house
which provides a sense of security but the area the home is in is very
dark and the roads are horrible. Please prepare for that.
Depending on where you want to go in Tulum, group travel can get pricey.
On a few occasions we were told by locals that we were overpaying our
arranged transportation for the distance we were going. Most rides
averaged $30 even if it was only a few of us. If you dont have
flexibility in your plans, make sure you are accurate in your request
for transportation so you can try to get a low rate. There is certainly
a bug problem in several areas outside. A simple fix would be investing
in some candles that repel bugs (especially for nightly use). Because
the house does not have a formal dining area, eating can be tricky.
It's either outside on the patio, on the kitchen island or while
sitting on the couch directly next to the kitchen island. I would
recommend the owners looking into table cloths for the patio area table
and portable food trays with legs for those who have to eat while
sitting on the couch. Throughout the house there is a lot of noticeable
rust especially in the bathrooms on appliances. Some updates to fixtures
like showerheads and thicker shower floor mats would kick the comfort
level up a notch. I dont know what it is about rental properties and
hotels but their is never enough trash cans. During our stay a few
things stopped working but the entire staff jumped on the issues asap.
The property itself is great, it could use some updating in physical
features. I would love to sit down with the owners and give them some
ideas on how to really turn this into a marketable house for the
upcoming area. An attendee was sick for a few hours after enduring a
double ride into town then back to the property. The roads leading to
the house are very dark, there is no light, the road is very bumpy and
have holes everywhere. I urge the community to look into getting that
done as a group of investors because that road is tough!
