Not as expected
We capped garbage disposal because of horrendous smell. Did not use upstairs-spiral staircase so small it is hard to get up it let alone bring luggage/anything up. No seating area in house for a family to lounge together, watch TV. Didn't use two beds on porch because there were no blinds and also didn't use hottub (maybe a sign up would be a nice idea so you don't have to worry about someone joining)...owners were in other house.

Beware
The information on the property states it has a dock for use which was one reason why we selected this property. Two days prior were informed by the property manager that we could not keep our boat overnight at the dock. This resulted in additional expenses to rent a temporary slip. If we would have know this prior to booking we would have selected another property. Management should be fired!!! Unresponsive to texts and calls....inside the house was somewhat clean until you pulled back the sheets and learned that you have been sleeping on a stained mattress...blood on pillow for a week. Driveway was narrow and tough to back down a boat trailer.

Great property, minor problems
Rented both cabins on this property. Awesome view, cabin was setup nicely. The cleanliness of the property was the only thing to address. I will discuss this with the property manager

Had the most amazing time on the lake!
This property could not have had a better location. I was looking for a lakefront place for my family of 5 and this fit us perfectly! There was even an additional bed so this would sleep 6 very comfortably. It had its own lakefront beach, dock, and even paddle boards! It shares the dock, jacuzzi, and beach with the other house, but the other tennents were very nice and we even all hung out at the fire pit one night. If you like a lot of privacy this is not the place for you- but if you are up for meeting new people and do not mind sharing accommodations it is perfect. We even were woken up by a deer right outside our window which was a treat for us Southern Californians! It is also walking distance to the lodge, and we had an amazing dinner there. We will for sur ebe back!

Good cabin
Great location. Good cabin. Streaming movies and internet was FABULOUS. I typically see a little cleaner kitchen cupboards and bathroom floors when I rent. The shower faucet was tricky. I had to help my kids find the right temp. Still good stay with great amenities.

Winter in Sagle
This is our second stay here, and we still love it!
Check in was seamless.
The home was clean and welcoming.
The beds are very comfortable and the home was warm.
The property manager is easily accessible and very very accommodating. Our driveway was the first one cleared after a heavily snowfall and remained so the duration of the visit.
Thank you for sharing this lovely spot!

Sagle Guesthouse
The house was perfect for us, and quite spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well equipped.

Wonderful affordable guest house!
We had a great time staying in this guest house! The beach & dock were great for our children and dog! The rock steps into the water become very slippery, I considered getting a scrub brush and scrubbing the algae layer off each day but never did. My kids slipped a lot but brushing the algae layer would have helped. The dock was very nice and large, it felt safe and we had a lot of fun playing on it. The view from the beach was amazing! There was no view from the house, however. But it’s one of the lesser priced options in the area so it’s understandable. We would watch the sunset down on the beach. The house was clean with lots of bedrooms. I wish they would have an actual couch in the tv area, it was kind of an uncomfortable home to lounge in. However, we didn’t spend a lot of time lounging at the house as there’s so much to do at the lake. Another bathroom would have been nice considering how many bedrooms there are but it is as advertised. I appreciated the large washer & dryer! My kids LOVED the “hot pool” (hot tub), the view of the bridge from the hot tub was amazing! We had a wonderful time, are grateful they allowed our dog, and wouldn’t hesitate to return again! The property manager was pleasant and helpful!

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay at this lovely property! The home is well equipped and they had just finished an addition which has given the home an extra bedroom and tv room. Everything was very clean and we made good use of the washer and dryer. The loft was great for my 12 yr old, but anyone with mobility issues would have trouble navigating the spiral staircase. The home is also shaded, so it stayed cool in very hot weather. My only suggestion for the home would be to add some coat hooks in the bedrooms as there are no closets.
Now on to the rest of the property! The outside is what makes this vacation home! The beach area was great with lots of toys and floaties for the kids. We used the paddle boards daily! The dock is beautiful and we spent a lot of time boating and swimming off of it.
We had the privilege of meeting the owners of the property and they were lovely. We asked to use the cruiser bikes one day and were even supplied with a bike lock. They were present in the main house on the property, but we barely saw them. Be sure to read the add, as it states that you may have other people on the property when you stay. This might be a problem for some! I think the price of the rental home reflects this.
We had a great time on this trip and are hoping that we can stay here every year!

Great Vacation House
We had a great time in Idaho and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a place to vacation and get away. The property owners, Dan and Mel, were friendly and inviting. They made us feel welcomed and encouraged us to use all of the amenities that the property had to offer. Our family will definitely be returning to this spot!

Great home on the lake
Great home. Comfortably slept 7 but there is only one bathroom so you do have to be patient. Kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and dinners. Skiing was a short drive away.

Perfect for what we needed it for...
The house was clean and moderately well-equipped for a long weekend. The space was great for our family of 5, but I would not recommend for mixed company of up to 7 guests, as is the advertised limit. We did not need to use the fold out couch, but it is right in the middle of everything, so I would imagine it would be really cramped if someone tried to sleep 7 guests... If you are looking for using this as a launchpad for outdoor adventure (at the lake or hiking in summer or up on the slopes in winter), this is the perfect getaway spot, especially given the reasonable pricing. Property management was responsive and helpful.

Great little house
This is a great house to stay with a beautiful view and new dock on lake that has paddle boat and paddle boards. The house is up to date with beds for 6 and could sleep 8. Great internet and great TV package. Would definitely stay at this house again.
