Fantastic big room with an even better host. We spent here only one night but felt extremely welcomed. The host is kind and and the room is beautiful. Comfortable bed. Everything was very clean.

The shared bathroom with a lot of other rooms. Everything was clean, and the room was spacious, and it's mentioned that it's a shared bathroom, but it's a bit expensive for not even private toilets.

it was clean, the room was big and the A/C worked perfect.

the location is no so close to the main center (15min walk), the neighborhood didn’t feel so safe (specially at night), the building doesn’t have an elevator and room is located in second floor (if I don’t remember badly) and it it’s a problem to carry the luggage all the way up. The owner is an old lady so she cannot help you with that. Also, the bathroom is shared and that is not a problem since it was on the description, BUT I had to wait for over 1 hour to get a shower (since the other 2 guests took forever to shower) and when it was finally my turn the pump ran out of water so I have to wait for one hour and a half more to be able to shower! very disappointed

I really enjoyed staying at Lady Annabelle’s place. She was kind enough to let me drop off my bags as I was unexpectedly early to check in. The place was very comfortable, exactly like the photos. The shared bathroom was also very clean.

The flights of stairs made it difficult to carry my suitcase to the room.

The apartment has the amazing location. Quiet area but still close enough to town center, shops an bus stops. It's well furnished with lots of clever details, like bus timetables, coffee machine etc. Our host was very fiendly an kind, we felt welcomed the moment we walked in.

Perfect staying

What I liked the most was the Annabelle. Also the comfortable and big bed and the good bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Annabelle let us use the terrace too and there was free parking next to the house. We will come back!

Anne was very nice, welcoming. The room and bathroom are big, cosy and comfortable. You have a coffee machine, water and fridge in the room. The grocery store is very close so you can make a nice breakfast on the quiet terrace. The green park is few steps from the door and also the centre is very close by walk.

The room was bright and spacious with a doubled-sized comfortable bed. Even though it was very close to the city centre the area was pretty quiet and silent. Nice views from the balcony. There was a small fridge and a kettle in the room, ideal for a morning coffee. Very recommendable place!

Very nice host. Close to the city centre. The room was clean, with a fridge and a coffee machine. We had a few courtesy drinks, such as water soda, coffee and tee. The shared bathroom was a few step outside the room.

Nice lady checked us in, it was walkable to the center of Olbia

I didn’t realize that our room had a shared bathroom with other rooms on our floor... but it wasn’t a problem, no one was using it when I wanted it.

It was large and tidy room. Staff was very frindly.

I didn't personally like the shover and watertape in bathroom, they were little bit not practical.

Lovely friendly and helpful host. Clean and adorable room with airconditioning, a fridge and a big bed. Room looking out over the park. Great location within Olbia, walking distance to the centre.
