There was nothing we didn’t like.

Well appointed annexe with all the normal facilities. Very clean and well looked after.
Also a chance to sit out side when the British weather plays.
Nothing.

Everything about the Earsdon Annexe was top drawer, from the lovely comfortable bed and linen, to the ample continental breakfast that was delivered to our door each morning. The property is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We were visiting relatives for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better base to stay at. The location is quiet and peaceful and the host Kelly is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Kelly for a lovely break away. We will definitely be back soon.
Nothing.

Classy room, not large but had everything we needed. Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Beautiful view over fields with 4 Highland cows, including a calf. Very peaceful. Only 10 minutes to the beach by car. Hosts were lovely.
Maybe more choice in the breakfast, there were only two types of cereal; some Danish pastries would have been great. But the croissants were warm and tasty 😊

Nothing. We had a very nice weekend away.

This was a perfect base for visiting family in North Walsham. The room was spotless with high quality furniture and linen and you can tell a lot of thought had been put into the décor to create a beautiful country feel. The breakfast was a lovely bonus.

My wife and I loved every minute of our stay. Our hostess with the mostest Kelly was fab and couldn't have done enough for us, answered every question we had, made suggestions about great places in the area and even home baked for our arrival. She couldn't have done enough for us. We will be staying here again upon our next visit to Norfolk.

The Annexe is the perfect base for exploring North Norfolk, it is very quiet & looks on to a field of Highland cattle which were delightful. The room was clean, modern with en suite facilities. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Had it on the patio every day in the sunshine. Kelly, our host couldn't do enough & was very knowledgeable about what to do & where to go. Worstead Railway Station was a great surprise, hourly trains to Norwich & Cromer, beat the traffic & the problems of parking! We have already booked again for next year!
Be careful with Sat Nav, the post code wants to take you to the junction of Withergate Lane (Vicarage Road) & the A149 North Walsham Road. The Annexe is part of a cluster of properties halfway down the lane. It doesn't have the Earsdon Annexe sign hanging by the road as shown on some Google Map images. Just a sign on the house wall saying "Earsdon"

It was a lovely annexe , own entrance, clean. Kelly was really helpful, breakfast on time and plenty of, brought out to annexe so you could eat inside or outside at a private table in the garden.
It was very quiet at the end of a country lane.

The continental breakfast was very high quality, with a number of options to choose from including fresh croissants, toast, cereal and yogurts.
The location was lovely and quiet, a short drive to small towns and shops.

The Annexe was beautiful! We loved the highland cow theme and enjoyed going to see the highland cattle in the field behind each day. The annexe was clean and cosy and had everything we needed for a lovely stay.
Yummy continental breakfast, and amazing host! Thank you so much Kelly and family - we will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will use again if visiting the area.
We loved it all!

Location is in a lovely place but not much around. Local pub unfortunately had stopped selling food the week we stayed so we only had our breakfast on one of the days.
First evening we went to North Walsham by train but it is a 30 minute walk and it was a very dark walk home.

Breakfast
Accommodation. An annex to me is not a small bedroom and a bathroom. I would rate this as a B&B, we only stopped one night, instead of the seven we had booked for as was not suitable for our needs.
