Sehr gute Lage - 2 Gehminuten von der Sanjo Station entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kleine Küche - Ausstattung kann gegen Gebühr gemietet werden. Waschmaschine. Balkon. Bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal. Späterer check-out gegen Gebühr (1000 yen pro Stunde) möglich. Klimaanlage.

Nur 1 Zimmerschlüssel. Leider keine Balkonmöbel.

地點便利，機能簡單但齊全該有的都有，以價格來說房間算寬敞帶著小孩也不會覺得擠。

不太容易發現的地方不是很乾淨1. 冷氣太髒睡到半夜都會咳不停，後來忍不住自己洗了濾網又去藥妝店買冷氣殺菌噴霧後有比較好 2.地毯感覺黏黏的。但以價格跟定位來說算是可以預期的程度

非常推薦，適合家庭旅行！

公寓式房間，空間很大，行李打開不擋路。房內就有洗衣機和微波爐和爐台，只靠超市就能活。可自助入住，不必限於前台服務時間。

使用說明不夠詳細，希望再把住客常見問題添加進去，譬如自助入住、取得洗衣精、換洗毛巾、垃圾處理等。桌面燈光較暗，可再加強。

Overall we had a great stay and no complain at all! Worth every penny and We might consider to stay again!

We stayed with 2 kids (age 10&13 yrs old) & we dont mind walking and exploring using public transportation /bike. Location is great if you are looking for a quiet & affordable place to stay . Family Mart, Bus Station , Starbucks , Sanjo bridge are walking distance. The Kamo River & bike rental shop just few steps frm the hotel. This hotel is pretty close to Sanjo bridge, Gion , Pontocho and Shijo Kawaramachi, (7-15min walking distance) . The best part was, I had good morning jog to shirakawa lane, Gion and the Kamo river. Beautiful experience! The washing machine really help! We washed our clothes almost everyday. The room is spacious, bed is cozy & comfortable , room and bathroom are super clean. Refrigerator is cold enough to keep your food and you may change your towel everyday . The service/ receptionist are very helpful , they even helped us for the Yamato Forwarding luggages to Tokyo. So convenient!

Unfortunately you have to pay for kitchen utensils. The receptionist counter only available at 10am-5pm . If im not mistaken there is no main attractions or nice cafe/ restaurants close by , you have to walk 7-15min distance for a good food or you can easily take a bus/ taxi for it.

兩位櫃檯人員英文都很好溝通完全沒有問題，房間很大而且有提供免費的洗衣機，這次旅途中因為受傷他們還有提供醫療用品，非常的貼心是個很棒的體驗！

Incredible and relaxing stay.

Fantastic hotel. Located a stone throw away from one of the main / busy Kyoto districts filled with shopping and restaurants (less then 300m across the river), but is in a very quiet local spot. Room itself is incredibly spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and washing machine provided are great. View from balcony overlooked parts of Kyoto and the temples in the mountain. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kyoto, as the staff were very friendly, and for those wondering, it is VERY close to the Metro and quick shops like Family Mart/7-11.

While it comes with a small kitchen, it’s not that functional. But then again, youre in KYOTO, who is wanting to cook when there is delicious and cheap food all around you.

If being close to a station is the top priority, this is your hotel.

-It was a bit hard to figure out how to get there for the first timer. -re: Kyoto hotel tax, thought the hotel told me when i called prior to my stay that i could pay in cash. But was almost forced to use an online method while they’ve got an envelope for the purpose in the room. Why would i pay my own money to call them about the payment method beforehand if i had an intention to leave without paying the ¥200 tax? -the “no in person communication”. That’s to “keep distance,” i get it. But it’s rather too distant, for my liking. -They tell us, the hotel guests, to sort & take the trash out (just to outside the door but). to me, that’s an odd thing to ask for paying hotel guests. i followed the directions nonetheless but made me feel like I was staying in a school dorm or camping hut. If they insist on us taking care of the trash, it would be nice if it’s written somewhere visible before we hit the “reserve” button.

コスパが良い！時間があれば連泊したかった。

初詣にここから平安神宮まで歩いて行きました。繁華街にも歩いて行けるので便利。部屋は親子4人でも窮屈感はなく、シンプルながら一通り生活に必要なものはそろっていました。ホテルの接客を求める人には向かないが、気軽に連泊するにはよい宿と思いました。

コンセントが少なくて困ったことと、駐車場がないこと。近くのコインパーキングは最大料金もあり安いが置ける台数が少ない。宿おすすめの御池地下駐車場は結構遠いので、荷物を持って移動は大変かも。ホテルの契約駐車場があれば嬉しい。

Hotel recommended for foreign tourists!

The location is very close to Keihan Sanjo Station. I traveled from Osaka and was able to access it directly from Yodoyabashi Station without any train transfers. The room is larger than a hotel and has kitchen facilities, so I was able to cook during my stay, saving on accommodation costs. The staff are friendly, and both the staff and facilities are clearly superior to those of a typical Japanese hotel.

PERFECT KYOTO GET AWAY ACCOMODATION.

The location was perfect for KYOTO, and the place was cozy and best for family who wants to sleep after a long day city tour. The receptionist and staff are all very accomodating. We requested for extra pillows which they have easily given us without any additional fees. I would like to come back and stay in the same place.

the wifi was not as strong for us to watch netflix movie. But it is very forgiveable since we love how the place was kept clean and quiet for our nice rest after city tour.

全体的に満足でした。また宿泊したい。

部屋が広く、ベッドも広かった。脱衣スペースがあり、お風呂に洗い場があった。キッチンに食器洗い用のスポンジと洗剤がある気遣いが良かった。フロントから宿泊する部屋に入る前に、もう一ヶ所鍵で開けるドアがあり、セキュリティがしっかりしていた。

トイレにサニタリーボックスがなかった。お風呂にイスと洗面器がなかった。ボディシャンプーを泡だてて体を洗う用にタオルかスポンジなどがほしかった。連泊の場合、タオル交換が可能なのかがわからなかった。

We stayed at this hotel apartment for 12 days and were thoroughly satisfied with our experience. The room, which accommodated three of us sharing two double beds, was spacious and well-equipped. The inclusion of a washing machine, kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub added great convenience to our stay. Having the opportunity to unwind with a bath after long walks exploring Kyoto in December weather was especially delightful. The overall comfort and amenities provided during our stay made it a pleasant and memorable experience."

While our stay was enjoyable, a suggestion for improvement would be to provide additional storage options for personal belongings and hooks to hang used towels. This would enhance the convenience and organization of the room, ensuring a more comfortable experience for guests.
