Plenty of room, safe outside place for the dogs.
Narrow country lanes to the property, which was fine as my partner was driving, but on my own, I would’ve been slightly nervous.

Lovely cottage, with enclosed garden, cozy lounge and enough space for us and our two doggos. Easy to head out to the broads or beach walks and we enjoyed our nights in the cottage which had all we needed.

The Granary itself is lovely and comfortable. I loved the design with a gallery bedroom and exposed beams, brick floors. The location is lovely too, rural and secluded but with good amenities nearby. It is also well equipped for a long stay.
The WiFi connection was very poor almost non existent at times and combined with no phone signal means you are unable to communicate with the outside world. The heating and hot water is on a timer which comes on at 6am and goes off at 9am, then again at 5pm to 10pm, however there is an option to have an extra hour. On a pretty cold and wet week in October this wasn't enough and felt very limited. Considering the price of the property I would have expected hot water and heating on demand.

I couldn’t fault this cottage at all. It was perfect for our week away.
Location is amazing. Out the way and very private.
Louise and Peter are wonderful hosts. And it was lovely to have them on hand for anything we needed.
Will definitely be using them again. And looking at their Spanish villa too. It was just perfect.
Thank you again. PERFECT. Xxx
Nothing.

location for work
a bit cobwebby - considering they charged extra for using more towels..the only reason more were used was because the shower when used spilled out all over the floor so used to stop it spreading along the floor...
