About this apartment rental

Spectacular Lake Michigan views!! Right on the beach at The Homestead resort. Beautiful three bedroom, two full bath, air-conditioned condo with living room, study, balcony, and more. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-fi, and wet bar. The condo sleeps seven. Queen master suite, queen plus twin bed guest room, and a high-end queen size sleeper sofa in the study, which is the third bedroom.

We rent for a 7 night minimum; Saturday to Saturday, during July and August

Just minutes from Glen Arbor, we are part of the The Homestead resort. The Crystal River is across the parking area, although the beach is the main attraction. Swim, sunbathe, rent kayaks or paddle boards, go boating, biking, hiking, fishing, or climb the nearby Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes.

The Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail offers biking, hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing, and more. Shop in Glen Arbor or make the drive to Leland, just twenty minutes away. Casual and fine dining abound in Leelanau county, along with wine tasting at the numerous vineyards. It's impossible to be bored!

Our condo is a third story, walk-up unit, with an amazing view of Sleeping Bear Bay. The view is worth the price and we've been told it's the best view on the beach. Enjoy star gazing in the evening, or watch freighters ply the straits between the Manitou Islands while sipping your morning coffee. Our location is family friendly, but we are not child proofed or equipped for small children.

We are between the Crystal River, and Lake Michigan, so it's just a few steps to tubing the river or sitting on the beach. We do not provide canoes, kayaks, beach club or pool access at the Homestead, beach chairs, beach towels, fishing gear, tubes, boats, or bikes. However, all of these items can be rented or purchased locally.

This condo is right on Lake Michigan. A beautiful view. Top floor third story makes the view that much nicer. Less than a hundred yard walk to the beautiful, clean sand, clear water beach. Condo has all the essentials for your vacation. The condo is adjacent to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Great hiking and bike riding is available in the area. Can't wait to go back next summer.

Hard to summarize the perfect stay, but that's really what it was. The condo was clean & spotless, updated, and absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Very spacious and nicely laid out for plan. Always appreciate a master bedroom with its own ensuite. And the view of coursewas stunning. Being on the 3rd floor, you have a view unlike any condo in that building. 5 stars across the board.

This condo is very spacious, clean and has beautiful sunset views. Having laundry facilities in the condo is great! Having Lake Michigan in front and the Crystal River behind can’t be beat. The property owner was easy to communicate with as well. I definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed our vacation at this condo! The view was beautiful with easy access to the beach. The condo was immaculately clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and toiletries. All instructions from the owner were clear and communication was good. We have stayed at several different Homestead condos throughout the years and this one is our favorite!

Had a wonderful girls weekend and it was close to Downtown Glen Arbor shops. We walked on the beach and the road to Glen Arbor. The views were absolutely beautiful in the Fall. We ate at the Blu/Lakeside, which was fabulous dining. Highly Recommend!

My family attended a wedding at The Homestead and thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room and gorgeous view. The stairs up might be the only challenge to some. It was perfect for our first visit to the area.

As soon as we stepped foot inside the condo we were greeted by a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. Instantly, we felt relaxed and on vacation. The condo is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Plenty of seating inside and on the large deck. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails made it easy to pack so much fun into our vacation. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and unbelievable night skies that were great for stargazing. We will definitely be returning.

We felt so blessed to be able to experience this wonderful setting on Lake Michigan. Spectacular views with gorgeous sunsets every night. Incredibly peaceful! A quiet spacious third floor flat with a deck overlooking Lake Michigan - a perfect location. Watch the sunset from the deck, or take a short stroll to the beach. When blustery weather rolls in over the lake you have a front row seat for the show from comfortable chairs and couches in the cozy living room. Peaceful serenity. Highly recommended.

Great off season rental for 5 days for my sons wedding in the area. The condo is a bit dated but very well maintained with full functionality, clean, and comfortable clean furnishings. Owner offered timely and well thought out instructions. Don’t let my “dated” deter at all. The view is awesome and should be a priority for those looking to rent. Its a third/top floor walk up which gives the unit valulted ceilings and no noise from anyone above. I was very happy with this rental!
